Waste of money

The third time i did raise the same issue to the concerned person and then I get a reply that this is a common phenomenon and does not require any assistance or any change in the headlamp. My concern here is if this is a common phenomenon and why it was acknowledged at the first time when i was raised. I should have got an answer the same on the very first time that this is not an issue instead of acknowledging it. Not recommended to buy Hyundai car's
