look wise a mini raja, the car is tall boy it accomodated about 6 feet driver 120kg weight easily. Even figo suffers for this built driver

interior has small rattlings and noise insulation is poor. COnfirmatable to drive

engine and gear is just ok. FE is very good.. you will get 20 minimum
Ride Quality & Handling
handling is ok for a small car, ride quality is very bumpy
Final Words
if you are on a budget and wanted to go for this sengment 800cc then go blindly for eon. I drove all 800cc class vehicles. EON is a gem car. The one close alternative is kwid. The look is good but engine and built quality is very very inferior. The body gets lot of dents even if a kid bangs it

I suggest to go for eon and never consider any other vehicle in this class. Alto may have best engine and kwid may have best space but Eon is a combination of all goods. ..

The reason i said eon is better for drivers is there is no knee pain. Whereas kwid and alto you need to fold you knee. This is tall boy more or less to wagonr.

looks are the only and ONLY positve side. that too to the taste of some youngsters. metal sheet wud go in in case you press it a little hard. cant see much in the much on the rear view mirror though.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
poor back seat legroom and headroom. seat material is good. dash board is good. steering looks fine. though accelerator is not very comfortably designed. you hear inside strange noise on even a small pots.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
perhaps the worst of all classes. 10-11km/litre in city, 13 highway mileage. gearbox shakes like a tractor, feeling of engine pulling car back, jerks often on AC or even otherwise; and gear ratio very low.

I have purchased Hyundai Eon Dlite Plus LPG on the month of May. I got delivery on Mid of May. Some small disadvantages are there in the "Small wonder" Even this is a good car. I love it a lot.
The disadvantages which i feels with the car is.
1. Power delivery is too less. But in the second gear only. Apart from that, the pickup is enough for the Normal drive. You should put switch the second gear after cross 15-20 Km speed. Then only you can get a good pickup. In some other vehicles I have driven is not like that. I will switch into second whenever the car starts moving. That kind of gear shifting is not works in EON.
2nd gear can change after 15-20KM
3rd Gear can be able to change in 20Km speed itself.
4th Gear cannot be shift before 40KM. If you changed the gear before that 40Km speed you can feel the difference, the car feels hard to move.
5th gear can be able to shift after 50 KM speed.
In general you can’t reach the top gear inside the city drive. I used drive in 4th gear only. In Chennai traffic rarely, I will get the chance of drive in top gear
Still the speed of 80Kmph, the car feels good. Easily it will get the speed., and you can feel the confident level high, Because the break looks good. Not like the Alto, and maruti 1000.
2. Low in suspension. Whenever you cross over the speed breakers you can feel that. In Indian roads you can definitely feel it.
3. This car fails in the most and important aspect. i.e., Mileage. It gives only 11KMPl with AC. To check the fuel efficiency, I fill my LPG tank in 251 KM. After some days the fuel level goes into low. Again i fill the tank at 452 KM, and I filled 18.2L of LPG. for 201 KM it consumes 18.2L. My heart broken in this, hardly 11Kmpl. I don't think no one drive the car without AC. I don't know how for ARAI it gives 21.1KMPL. When i was bought this car i though it will give at least 15 KM per liter of LPG with AC.
One thing I needs to share with you now, The car reaches 25-30 Km speed without given any acceleration if the road is flat. In the third gear itself I doesn’t requires any acceleration. I thing this only consumes more fuel. I will update on this after my first service. If you needs to speed more that 25KM only you needs to use accelerator.
These are the only things i feels bad in this car.
Advantages.
1. The internal space looks good for 5 Members. It is more spacious than alto and zen. Can be able to sit 3 members in rear. In the front 2 members can enjoy the remaining all the spaces. Really the front seat and Driver seat have the space like Ikon. That much of space is there for the front seats. For a small family. You can drive with your wife, kids can enjoy the rear seats. They can comfortably sleep in the rear seats, your wife also, but you can’t.
2. The front seat adjustment gives more space and to be place your seat as per the comfort level you feels. The integrated head rest also good.
3. Interiors also very nice. You can get a feel of luxury car. In the look and feel only not in the comfort level.
4. No one can’t tell this as a small car. i.e., No one compare this car with Alto, 800. In the External look , it will be in the range of Zen, Wagon R, i-10, santro, Like that. You can proud for this. You are spend the amount for the price of alto, but you will get the pride of next segment car. This is the only reason i bought this car.
In the front view no one can’t assume the segment of this car. In side and rear views only it gives the feel of small car.
5. In the boot space, I don't think so for LPG fitted car can have that much of boot space. Even the space is good enough only. In Excellent way they placed the LPG tank.
Finally, If you are looking for a petrol Car is small segment, This can be first choice. This car can be compare with i-10. Except power, in all the ways EON will beat i-10.

Exterior Decent, Looks like Younger brother of i10.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are decent as per model, Space in issue, its a 2x2 seater. 5th person will face comfort issues.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine, cant compaint about because its 800 CC however maruti 800 can be a better performer then Eon. Fuel i would say 16KMPL in City and 18KMPL on straight highway and 10-12 on Hilly Areas.
Ride Quality & Handling Quality Poor doesnt feel like you are driving a hyundai. handling is again an issue. on 3 deck speed breakers, car misses the road at a speed of 20KMPH.
Final Words You should be the car only & only of you want to use it in city areas. You will regeret it big time if you take this small baby on hills or hilly roads. I drove this baby from Chandani Chowk Pune to Lavasa Hill City with a family of 4. Total Run 75kms both side. It took 7 liters of petrol. You cannot even put the car in 3rd Gear. This small baby cant even pull herself on 2nd gear on a 20 Degree hill road wihout AC. When i drove it was raining means i needed AC. This pieace of crap dint allow me to even put 3rd gear. while climbing ghats with AC in the Rain 2nd gear is considered as top gear and another big issue is Fog ! AC speed at 5 still this car cannot clean her glass. I Paid 4 lakhs for this car which is usefull only on city roads.
Areas of improvement Gear Box is rough speacially 2 gear. Doesnt Clear her glasses while its raining tho AC speed is 5 ! value for money ? No not at all.. its better to increase your budget by 20% and go for i10 or Swift.

Exterior Fluidic Design --> Awesome, It looks like a small time maharaja car :), The bumpers look amazing with the body color, the tail lamps are epic.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Beige Interiors look really cool. The center console and instrument cluster glows!!! A real wow thing! Lots of front leg room :)
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is the only area where alto takes off! Gearbox keeps vibrating! Fuel economy is almost 17 kmpl in city. Highway it gives close to 19 - 20 kmpl.
Ride Quality & Handling Steering a bit light but overall much better than its competitors, fun driving this car.
Final Words Hyundai has once again done a great job. EON is a bit less powerful but I still think overall its the best among its small car competitors. The sportz version looks slightly overpriced so you would rather like to settle with the magna or the magna optional.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort):Stuffed with good features but we have to compromise for space and comfort
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox:Initial pick up is low,so frequent gear changing is required ,Engine vibration levle is high.May be good in milage ,Gear shifting is not smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling:Good suspension but overall handling is sluggish (may be again due to lack of power)
Final Words:I am an hyundai lover we have verna and santro which are good vehicles.
I was having grat expectations from eon but disappointed.
Areas of improvement :-Engine performance , as Hyundai is having good engines in all its models.
If hyundai can upgrade the model by reconstructing these errors the this vehicle will be best in value for money.

Final Words see pros n cons will be there for any car u take.but i sugest u that this is a best car for 2+1 SMALL FAMILY for city users.nothing more to expect for this money.good car to buy when u want to spend below 4 Lacs.
Areas of improvement power of engine when AC on.should have given 4 speakers instead of 2 at the front.few inches leg room for rear passengers as the space is a bit low (4-5)inches,luggage boot space can be reduced.
