Brake pedal issue I20 elite Magna Petrol

I bought a new elite i20, Model Magna Petrol on 11/02/2015 after three months of waiting period from Morani Motors, Jaipur (RTO Registration No RJ14 CY XXXX)

It is great car to drive with so many new excellent features except a minor problem of brake pedal. Occasionally while driving at a slow speed I feel the brake pedal jamming.  While applying the brake, sometimes I feel that pedal is rock hard, however it works fine on the second attempt. It is not experienced very often but once in a week or so. I have experienced the braking problem at low speed for more than a dozen times now. I got it checked with the PL Hyundai, Malviya Nagar but the support engineer could not identify the problem. I tried to get the feed back on this issue on the internet and found that it has been experienced by many users of i20 elite.

With such a major drawback, I fear that the brake would jam anytime and it is possible that an accident may occur. That is the reason I have not planned to drive the car outstation till date. So far I have driven it for 1600 km only.
