I have been taken this car for a month now.. and I feel proud that I have taken a right decision. Every time when I look and go inside the car I feel becasue of the interior, comfort and the vehcile experience. till now I have driven 1200 kms and feels very smooth handling the wheel and other features. Features are very delightful for using. Music system is awesome. Overall I am very happy with the selection that I have made and to have Elite I20 with me. Would highly recommodate any one to go for with this Excellent Hatchback king size vehiecle. 😎
Good Design. - Backside Exterior just looks like BMW vehicle.
The headlights have a swept back design to add to the sportiness of the overall combination of elements.The side profile is noticeable thanks to the strong shoulder line, silver door handles and the softly flared wheel arches.
Features : As i bought the Sportz model so cool glove box, Air bags for driver and but might have included for passanger. Hight can be adjusted for driver side
Ride Quality & Handling I will give 4.8 score for ride quality and handling out of 5. Handling is smooth with the very light weight steering wheel.
Engine performance is nice with nice pickup. No sound as i bought a Diesel one
Overall I can say the car is very good, cool, with nice space as a premium hatchback.

Exterior Superb. Everybody turn back & look it. Very nice experience when people look it. Especialy white and Red color apealing very good. Overall good impression.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good quality, impressive and stylish. Excellent work from Hyundai. Especially AVN comes into the picture. But it gives video playback while driving would be better, cz other passanger will be there and would be more enertaining. In rear seat middle hand rest with cup holder missing even top end models, would be better implemented it. Also missing window toggle button led light, only driver side is there. Overall good quality, comfort and legroom space is good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is good and powerfull enough to get easily 140kmh with abundent torque. Cabin is too silent, rifinement of engine is too good with butter smooth gear shifting. Clutch is slightly heavy, you will get power punch @1800 rpm for sure. Slightly turbo lag is there. Overall pickup, torque, stability very very good. Hyundai must be need to tune engine to get more mileage as its competetors like Honda Jazz, MS Baleno. Overall good package.

Final Words Except mileage and some cons, this premium hatchback is really premium. If you want power, torque, comfort, features and many more I would definately suggest it's top end. Don't go for basic. Only go for Sportz and Asta models.
Areas of improvement Brakes, Mileage, Rear seat arm rest with cup holder, DRL is must.

This has the feel of a real luxury hatch and is surely catchy with looks.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
The leg/head room for especially tall passenger(above 6ft) is good, especially for the driver himself. The adjustment options available in terms of driver's seat height adjustment and steering tilt & telescopic adjustments will help you find a comfortable driving position. The interiors are excellent and convenient.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Engine performance is also eceptional. The initial pick up when the A/C is on is a little slugish, on the other end you can cruise in the highways. fuel economy is acceptable. Gear shifts are very smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling
excellent suspension setup. Hnadling with ABS especially in hilly regions is very helpful.
Final Words
Excellent catch. The topend spec variant comes with fully equipped safety features and is packed with other features.
Areas of improvement
There should have been 6 airbags which is missing in the new Gen i20 compared to the compared old i20 which had 6 airbags.
Luxury from the inside and a big car feel from the outside & insideservice is bad

spacious , classy feel , all the controls in your hand for connectivity (usb,aux , bluetooth ) . ac is just too chilling , arm rest with the space near the hand brake is perfect for any kind of driving , let it be long or city drive . music system is also decent enough .

i have been using petrol engine 1.2 , completed 3200 kms , its all butter till date , and i hope it remains same all the way through . fuel - dte , afc could have made it more better , gear box is smooth and easy. fuel economy as of now is ok ok , however in future will be improved after 5000-7000 kms .
Ride Quality & Handling
ride is as good as butter , being in the advantage of petrol , pickup is perfect and noise is absent . i have taken this on delhi express high way byond 160km/hr but after 160 it starts loosening the grip i think .
Final Words
i am the proud owner of the i20 elite petrol , and i recommend all the friends to go for it , as per the running diesel/petrol whatever suits you . and plus zero dep policy in your pocket u dont need to worry about the damages or other things . however i have come across some incidents where i feel the body of the car bumper, front/back is very strong . trust me on this . places where i thought the bumper is gone , it was just a scratch or a bit more thats it . i was also given info that the ac of i20 is not good , and till date (got the car in sep 2014) i have not used the ac on full cooling , as it gets chilled very soon .

Exterior The C-black pillars, and the fluidic design , 16 inch wheels give a very attractive/eye catching looks.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Loads of features. Rear a/c vents, good wheelbase, comfort for rear seat passengers, cooling glove box, controls on steering, dash colors, dash lighting illumination control, quality of plastic, buttons, climate control: use all these features.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I've not checked fuel economy. Gear shifts are smooth, could have been better.
Ride Quality & Handling Is good..use it for day to day drive to work in bumper to bumper traffic, don't sense bumps & potholes..feels sturdy when I hit 90-100 kmph on NH..
Final Words Great experience. Driven both in city and on high way ..2 kids +2 of us..it's a great buy for a family. Decent boot space, good torque & power, 2 airbags, lots of features, good speakers, integrated dash, climate control, 1 GB in memory for storing &playing songs, hand rest box, 2 power outlets , conveniently placed
Areas of improvement
1.Gear box- when shifting the gears, the experience is not as smooth as I had experiened with Swift.
2. Attitude towards safety : More airbags/side airbags, automatically lock doors if speed crosses say 15 km.
3. Distance to empty indicator.
4. Sun roof.

Final Words
Going for Elite i20 inspite of falling in love with polo for a long time was a tough descision but now I feel it was worth.
The polo had 3 cylinder disadvantage and also offered a lot less features than elite
Areas of improvement
Removing Rain sensing vipers from the latest edition was a bad idea, also the daytime running lights.

Exterior Very fabulous exterior and no doubt about looks , stylish from everywhere.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is very superb . As I bought Asta version , I have fully loaded fetured car. All features are working fine. It has very good space. even 6 feet guy can seat easily in front and behind.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I bought this car 1 month car ago and have travelled around 200 kms and around 14-15 kms average is getting which is normal in mumbai city where traffic is headache . Gearbox is also very smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling Steerwheel is even smoother and can handle in one hand easily. Features like rear AC, camera, sensor all working very superbly.
Final Words Fianl would be very awesome car with awesome features. There are many features like showing which gear to go, make steerwheel staright when you start the car. All featues are working fine. THIS CAR IS VALUE FOR MONEY.
Areas of improvement Need to add more feature if any missed. :-p.

Performance is good after you reach 2K RPM. Without AC on pick up is very nice, you can feels a vroom effect without AC on from the very begining but with AC you have to wait till 2000 RPM

Excellent ride quality and ideal for cruizing. Very comfortable drive and excellent streering. You will love the handling and much improved suspensions. I had taken a ride on bumpy road and you wont feel anything
Final Words
A real value for money. Go for it and you will love it. I drove it for 600 Kms by now (19 Sept 14) and can say that the ride quality is far far better than my other 3 old cars (Aveo 1.6 LT, Ford Ikon Flair, Wagon R VXI)

Addition of DTRL. addition of touch screen music system, should provide some safety features from base model (airbags, abs etc) onwards, addition of rear arm rest
