Have purchased Creta on Monday 17th August. Had a horrible experience. This is my 3rd Hyundai car. I am owning an i10 (2008 model) and a verna fluidic (2011 model). Earlier I have not faced any problem but buying a Creta was like a nightmare for me. I went on 7th August to take delivery of my SUV (Silver colour) from Sunrise Autoworld, Delhi. After clearing all my payments I went down to check the car and found that the front bumper was not properly fitted. The company people opened the whole bumper and tried to fit it in place but they could not rectify the problem. I decided not to buy this particular piece and asked them to get me the next Creta available in Silver colour. But they told me that I have to wait for another 20-25 days for the same. It was horrible and when I asked for refund they persuaded me for a different colour. Ultimately we settled for Stardust colour and they promised that the car will be delivered in next 7 days. Finally on 17th August (10 days later) I got a call that the car has arrived and i can take the delivery. We went to the showroom for delivery and again at the time of delivery I found that the rear left handle of the car was in the door open position however the door was locked. The service engineers came to check the same and they could not solve the problem as the door was locked and it could not be opened from inside as well as outside since the handle was stuck in the open position. They took the vehicle to the workshop and after half an hour they got it rectified and finally the delivery was done. Did anyone from the Hyundai has a say on it???
