Amazingly Worst Service

My Test drive Experience

Exterior Looks great and for me its a love at first sight.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Quality of plastics used is great, space unbelievable, back suspension is poor and thigh support lacks, AC is good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good from 1st to 5th gear in terms of pickup, unsure about the fuel economy, smooth gearshifts.

Ride Quality & Handling Front suspension is nice but for the people at rear its going to be a pain in (you know where ;) ), rear suspension is to be smoothend.

Final Words I wanted to buy a new car exchaning my 1999 Diesel AC Fiat UNO and after a couple of months of research I finally narrowed my selections to Ritz or Brio Petrol varients as my budget is only 5L.

So wanted to testdrive both the vehicles and when called Maruti they were amazing people who came to my home pick me up in a car to therir showroom and showcased different varients and wanted a sale but I was more interested towards Brio and I know for a matter of fact most car dealers will showcase poor After Sale Service and amazingly Capital HONDA Trichy rep was pathetic in Pre sales!!!

Believe it or not when I enquired if they have any exchange offers the guy cooly replied "sorry sir Maruti offers exchange bonus upto 25000 for ritz but we don't!!!!"

So far I've called him 15 Times to schedule Test Drive, enquire or compare about varients, loan and every time I get a reply as I will check and call you, 2 days from there I would have to call back to find the status????!!!! the guy had called me only once and that too to know the way to my home for test drive! and then after it was me calling him again and again,

eg: he had promised a call back from the back rep for loan when I called and enquired and 2 days no reply so called him to followup and he promised for a call back from the bank rep 1 day no reply I called up.

Another eg: called to find out the difference between varients E and S and he promised to call back a little later as he was driving and the entire day NO SHOW so I called him.

Today (friday Sep 14) called and enquired about the HONDA offer text that I received claiming to start from Sep 14 - Sep 16 (friday thru sunday) and the guy cooly replied, "I will check and will get back to you on Monday (sep 17) WHAT A SALES REP he is?????~!!!!!

I still love the brand and the car itself, wanted to buy one however I'm a bit worried comparing the pre sales, I just couldnt imagine After sales service???

Can some one from Trichy, please share your experience Presales and Post sales service of capital honda cars trichy tamilnadu.

Areas of improvement Assign good delearship and better sales rep as they are the face of the company as far as the car is concerend rear suspension should be fine tuned and better thigh support is required for rear seat passengers, but if you are going to drive alone or for 2 this is a great car with poor service.
