A good family car

 

Exterior Exteriors are well toned and well built. The car gives pleasure to eyes as looks are very good.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors have been worked out very precisely. The car is very spacious and gives feel of sedan. When you open up the fifth door, you would love to see the BIG boot space which can store plenty of items. And when rear seats are folded, you would feel like Car-come-bed is here for you. The dashboard is OK, nothing extra ordinary but the music system is AWESOME, I had gone through 5-6 most running cars in India and 2-3 new hatchbacks but they couldn't meet the quality of sound what Figo's music system is giving. A very handy feature of Bluetooth connectivity, so that you can sit back and relax while driving without any tension of picking mobile while driving. AC is also one of most powerful ACs I had seen around in this segment's car, can make car COOL within seconds even if it is kept in Sun for hours [if run in full speed]. Its Distance to empty feature is also cool which let's you know how much you can drive in available fuel.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It lacks on fuel economy side, in city I am getting average of around 10 Kmpl in city and 12 Kmpl on highway. There could be reasons that I am new to driving, traffic conditions are too worse in my city(Indore) for car drive as mostly car runs on 2nd gear in city traffic. Although the engine is good very calm, infect no sound can be heard inside car. Also gear box is very smooth.

 

Ride Quality & Handling You would love to ride on this car. The car is very good in handling and controlling in city on low speeds and on highways on high speeds.

 

Final Words If you do not worry too much about fuel economy (or if you are a very good in fuel efficient driving) then you can go for this car with eyes closed as it is the best family car in hatchback segment for now.

 

Areas of improvement Fuel efficiency. Rear door mirrors can be designed to open completely.
