Exterior Awesome exterior. Looks great. It is the best competition for Duster, looks of alloy wheels are good.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors dashboard is awesome. AC vents, tachometer is heavy with gud looks. Audio controls and output is also very good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox the performance is very good, very silent, during our drive we had reduced the a/c and muted the audio to get the feel, it is perfectI have taken a test drive in chennai city, and I was told the vehicle is very ecnomical.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is good I had a test drive on the busy chennai road and was very comfortable with front and rear view and the overall performance.
Final Words After my test drive I straight away made the booking for a Kinetic Blue colour.I am waitng to take the delivery at the earliest.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It comes with 91ps@4000 rpm, the performance is gud, am d first person in hyderabad to tak a test drive in mody ford begumpet. he said it vl giv 18kmpl. Its enugh wat els u need rather than diz. It is of 1500 cc with tdci. I love d performance and fuel ecomy of it.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride qquality is gud had a test drive of 6kms in nekalace road. It is havng same performance lik innova which comes of 102 bhp. d sterring is gud not at al heavy. Overalll gud experience.
Final Words On 26june i.e tday i booked d ford eco sport of higher version he said me dey dnt kne d price of vehicle it vl b nearly 10lakhs. Black color ford eco sport is gng to deliver in d mnth of august. eagarly waitng for my eco baby...😷

ford should concentarte on sale service. Today I went to book top end model at Talera ford in pune. And literallygot shocked after hearing the wating period of ecosport.Please find the below waiting on 27th july 2013.

I returned to home without booking of ES. Though I am verywell impressed with ES I dont wann to waste my time in waiting for almost 1 yr for top end model.
Its just stupidity by FORD. ES got launched on 25th june and they dont even has 3000 vehicles manufactured post launched. Actually they were not expecting this responce from public. And now getting booking count increase but dont have ready vehicles to delivered.
The final word should be for FORD---try to decrease waiting period for ES deliver. I am sure there are thousand of customers in the market who has changed their mind to not to buy ES due to long waiting period.

Exterior It is great, so well designed that I really had no word to say bad for this. Colour combination is too good with stylish shape. Front lights are too cool. Awesome. Looks very compact from out side but very spacious in front row. Back side is little bit tight but manageable.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Well quality of interior can be improved but fit in this price, not too bad easily manageable. back side AC if provided that can gives a added advantage but manageable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Still not cheked but surly i am going to take a test drive soon.

Final Words It would be a great deal interms of SUV/MUV segment. No doubt ford did a gread job. This is a best SUV in comparision to duster/ertiga. It gives a feel as like BMW suv.

Salesman are found bribing from customers before giving the delivery of the car.
Accessories are made compulsory before the delivery of the car. If accessories are not purchased, they don't give you the delivery of the car.
Salesman are very rude & they do not have any manners to talk with the customer. PLANET FORD is not the place to buy a ford vehicle. Pathetic car dealer & very poor customer service by PLANET FORD.
Company should immediately change the dealer or Planet Ford should change the staff immediately. The car is a good buy and worth for money, But never buy from Planet Ford, Pune. go to any other ford dealer.
Good performance and very good exteriors. Fuel ecnomy is also very good (diesel). High stability on the highway and driving pleasure. Good interiors & dynamic exteriors.. overall car is very good & very good. The dealer choosen by the company is worst.

My diesel ecosport titanium (opt) has completed first service at 2500 km and completed 4000 km now. The vehicle is very good for driving and comfort.
What I like most is the hight at which you sit in city driving and the road clearance. Unlilke my sedan, when city drainage is blocked and when there is 1ft or more water on road, you are able to navigate easily.
Very easily you can drive in city gutter roads, unlike sedan. I like everything about this vehicle, except for the milege claim company made vs actual milege the vehicle gives. Company should have claimed mileage somewhat closer to what you can get.
I get a mileage of 12.8 in city and 16 in highway.The ford brochure claimed mileage of 19 in city and 22 in highway, but the mileage is disappointing. This is after careful driving, watching the instant fuel guage on the dashboard.
The plastic surface attracts dust very easily and sticks to it. I would recommend to buy the vehicle, if you are fine with the milege as above.

Exterior Excellent, cant get better than this. i would have loved to have spare wheel cover as a standard on top end.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) A lot is said on most of the review of ecosport, i felt music system is most under rated in reviewes. it has awesome audio quality, i have driven this vehicle for close to 2000kms and there are no words to explain the pleasure of driving this machine.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Overall its very good, i got around 14KMPL with 1st full tank for city ride (Bangalore) and 2nd /3rd full tank have been on long drive and got around 21KMPL and this is more than what i had expected.
The only thing i dint like if the lack of torque when you shift from 3rd to 2nd gear on hilly terrain.
Ride Quality & Handling It just cruises on highways and you dont even feel vibrations inside the vehicle, on bad roads its not the same as you feel the bumps inside (reason could be sporty suspensions)
Final Words I dont see any alternatives for this vehicle yet, its just awesome. Go for it.

Exterior Looks new age and will not look outdated atleast for a few years, unlime the duster which already looks dated.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Like the simple interiors though a lot can change but then at this price point, you really cannot expect more. I have the TDI optional and i love what i got for my buck.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have driven the vehicle for 6000Kms so far and i love the mileage of 17Km/L i am getting. I am sure it will get better after 2nd service. Gearbox is just fine and engine performace has not given me any cause of concern yet. I had a Honda city before this for 7 yrs and while the performance, handling etc of Honda is far better, i cannot complain since eco has 16 inch wheels, a diesel engine and is taller. Hence i cannot compare the 2.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is fine although like i said above, my reference for comparison is Honda city which i had prior to this buy and that can be an unfair comparison. Honda was more grounded and had more grip on the road. that was obviously due to its low height and comparitively smaller tyres. I dont feel the same in eco but i expected that due to its larger types and taller design. i love the feel of the car and it truely is an urban SUV. i see a lot of complains about interior space or plastics quality etc. WHat i dont understand is whether these people bought the car without test drive and didnt see these aspects before buying. The plastics, upholstery etc is just fine in the optional version and believe it or not, it is value for money.
Final Words The car delivers on what it promises. Keep in mind, you get much more that what you spent. A lot depends on yr drive and how you maintain yr car. There are a few areas of improvement which i have mentioned below but such small issues are expected of any new design launch. This is my first diesel car purchase. Would i buy another diesel car - No, but thats just my preference of petrol cars over diesel, now that i have experienced both. But eco is definately a great diesel buy. Barely any noise inside and great mileage and performance.
Areas of improvement One area of improvement is the noise from the boot lock and other rattling noise within the car. mind you, I am not a rash driver and treat this car very well. Mine is totally a city drive and i slow down considerably on bad roads. still there is noise from doors etc. The boot noise has been there from start and Ford service center took notice and changed the lock twice. it works for a few days and then the noise comes back. Harpreet ford has provided a very professional service support every time and even though this issue has persisted, they have time and again tried to resolve. I will be discussing this issue with tme again during 2nd service and hopefully, they will be able to find a n acceptable solution.

Exterior Looks very good with all new design and concept, the car has very good ground clearance which is certainly required on indian road conditions.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors quality is definitely good compared to Duster, Ertiga etc. Things on dashboard are well placed and handy. Back row spacing is cramped but under thigh support is good enough to accommodate 2 persons comfortably on a long route. Phone Sync options is interactive though need to check more on its realibility.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I drove swift diesel to the SC ford showroom to test drive the ecosport, To be honest, I didn't feel much of a difference between the two if the initial pick up is concerned. Check the torque of both cars and you find not much of a difference. Car reaches moderate speed in moderate gear ratios. Nothing extra vagant about the pick and speed. Fuel economy is claimed @ 21, shall get around 17-18 KMPL practically. Suspension system is solid and good enough to carry bumpy mumbai roads and potholes.
Ride Quality & Handling Good Ride quality, feels rigid when speeding. Handling is smooth, Less body rolling inside.
Final Words Value for money as no other compatct SUV is avaiilable in this price range, Though need to check on Ford Spare Parts, Service and Maintenance expenses.
Areas of improvement Interior spacing and rear boot. Also the torque should be higher as there are lot of other cars in this price range have better pick up.
