Exterior good looks, looks heavy, good finishing & sporty looks.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) very very excellent features. features is the base of car. better space & good comfort. interiors is luxrises. music system is very good. very comfort car. you feel relex in this car on long drive.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox engine perfomance is very high. I drive 160km/h better average 18km/lit on highway when car speed is 100-120km/h. 16km/lit. in city. gearbox is very smooth. gear shifting is very easy. car pick-up is very very good.
Ride Quality & Handling I drive 160km/h on highway. car is not swing. car power streing is very easy before another car. car is silent when drive the car. no engine noise in car. riding is smooth.
Final Words smooth,shower & powerfull car. it is sport car. A value for money car. you think to purchase a car in this segment Fod ecospoet and Renult duster and nissan terrno in three car . you purchase ford ecosport.

I was looking for EcoSport in market. when i was enquiry to all shoowroom and product availability getting different 2 information. than a sales person Mr. Shukla he gave me full information with confidence. i was impresed with his. so i decided to purchase by him. they delivered me EcoSport on time when i required and i was impressed with greate way and immediate responce to me when i called him. There is a need of renewal and non renewal of dealerships as per the performance of the dealerships in every area. Harpreet Ford at Moti Nagar is not even half good for the people to go and have a look at the vehicles. Car is really good in all aspect.Only It is required to following some driver tips given by ford.
I am getting milage 20 above in high way and 18 above in city.Any type if performce is required this car is reacting very good. Depends on what you want from car it will react the same.

The plastic quality of the interiors needs to be improved, the back seat have excellent back and thigh support but isn't that comfortable for 3 heavy built person. The cluster meter, the dash, the AC and Audio control panel, the blue illumination are just fabulous with prominent features at this cost which one finds in upper segment SUV/Car...Full marks!!!
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox:
The diesel Engine sounds when it starts at first but the sound just vanishes after 2 minute warm up. Powerful TDCI engine that gears up to 130kph in no time without any fuss...great pick up!!! The mileage what I am getting in my diesel variant in city driving with AC on is 17km/litre and in highway is 22km/litre. Of-course it may give better depending upon the driving techniques. Impressed!!!
Ride Quality & Handling:Adjustable{height} driver seat, Tilt and telescopic smart steering, 200mm ground clearance, An Engine 90bhp and 204 Nm of torque, what else is needed for a thrill and adventurous ride... The ABS feauture ensures the saftey on wet n hilly roads. Never gave a tiring feel on long trips.Simply the best!!!

Areas of improvement:
The dealers arent professionals anywhere throughout the country I guess. Their committments arent fulfilled yet moreover fake ones to just sell vehicles. The finance co-ordinators arent that much skilled to calculate the intrest rate and E.M.I. Neither the Ford company is bothered to hear the customers griefs. This is the main focus area to be taken care of as the company need to make their customer BRAND AMBASSADOR not BRAND DAMAGER.
I got this vehicle after having test drives of other brand variants XUV 500, Quantro, Ertiga, Enjoy, Duster, Etios and Amaze. And to be very honest the trust of Brand name Ford was the only prime concern and choosing this as my 4th car was based on performance, features and value for money.
Mascular looks... Mass Stylish... Eye Stopper... Superb Handling... Superb Mileage... Comfortable...Interior Plastic Quality...Back Seat isnt that spacious...

Unless you come from the Jurrasic era or a close relative to someone in carribean, there is more space than u would need. Seats are comfortable and a long ride just is as easy as one can expect it to be
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Remeber to treat your car like an SUV, as the engines settles down do rev it high so that you get great acceeration and pick up. I drove it to Jaipur with 5 adults on board at a speed of 140kmph and it was hardly noticeable. Fuel economy for me who drives short distances is 12 which is expected, should you be driving longer, expect a better milage. Clutch is super smooth and breaking is quick. Gear box is easy to handle with short shifts, the knob is a little big but that is something we can live with. Acceleration is smootha nd sharp

Car is wrongly priced, add 1 lac to every price and will still do justice. Ertiga or Duster do not come close, fantastic value for money and a lovely experience. Tons of space and efficient cooling

Exterior are vary good from back its look like bmw and from front its ok
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)you will get bluetoth music system with aux,usb in base model ,both side mirror adujtment from driver side,Electronics steering smother than fluid,AC is vary effective,Average per litre is shown in meter,RMP is not in meter, you did't get therse features in base model,
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox = Engine is vary effective u did't get to know until 150km/h because of more groud cleareance it seems normal at 140-150 and maximum it goes to 180-185. i am geting avearage of 20 kmpl and on highway even more 22-23, gears are smoth but can be improved. but the engine performance is like butter.
Ride Quality & Handling - Ride quality is vary good vary smoth like butter as i said. and specially handling it got electronic steering which vary much more smother than fluid ones, you can feel the difference when drive,
Final Words - i think these all features u did't get in any other company base model with that much ground cleareance at that price . you must go fot base model of it....
Areas of improvement - i didt get any problem till now from past 1 year. and it also got clutch rest space you did't in this range of cars. little bit improvement in gear shifting it can be more smoth...

Areas of improvement Back seat length and breadth,door beeding fitted like a local mechanic, front mirror position should change and to see we have turn our head uncomfortably may be same can be fixed on extreem of bonet. seats are not comfotable and apolsary is not good quality and after few months its getting unspongy stage. front grill design is not good can be latest Swit model. break is not perfct in rainy season. Poor A.C. BEEDING IS VERY POOR. no proper service intimation by FORD. Door glasess are shaking. I think service manageres ore O.K but qualified mechanics are not sufficiant in Pallikaranai Showroom. I went once because of the noise from stepny tyre in my second sevice and after my delivery they did not rectify the problem and agin i went there they change some spring. I think they simply checking and after my second service I could not feel any comfort while driving (even after they change oil service) Previously I had a new Figo. I had doubt wether they change the oil or not and I asked the same to manager also.

Exterior I fell in love with exterior when they first released teaser pic in 2012. So U can assume how much I love the exteriors.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacewise for 5 persons occupancy this is really good and I belong to nuclear family so its apt for us. But luggage space could have been a bit more bigger, but no complaints as I know Y they did it. So that it doesnt go beyond the specified length for compact SUV. so forgivable.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have covered >12000km within 12 months of purchase. I get around 14km/l in city and highway I have got >18km/l(distance of 400km one way). Comfortable gearbox and look.
Ride Quality & Handling For me I love driving and it is pretty good ride, I never sat in passenger seat so dont know the comfort ration there but drivers seat provides best view of the road,riding quality and comfort. The steering is prety good like figo which I used to drive(my cousins).
Final Words If you are looking for mileage,look and quality service I suggest Ecosport Ecoboost Titanium +.
Areas of improvement The pricing of materials. One car had hit mirror and just mirror went down because it was just fitted in not screwed into and so it fell and broke and I had to spent 1.8k rs for that mirror(side view). If you could lower it to half the price it would be really a great thing.

Exterior Beautiful... Yes, that's the word for the exterior. It has perhaps most rad front design with huge grills and thin headlamps running along the sides. Side profile is also quite nice. Tail lamps are rather small but back also looks good with the spare wheel giving the SUV feel. Build quality is also good with relatively heavy doors and a good feel about the sheet metal. From the outside, it's difficult to believe that it's sub 4 meters. Perhaps the spare wheel on the back door creates this optical illusion.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is loaded with features complete with sync, push button start and keyless entry, sans the navigation and rear ac vents. I test drove the top variant, so it was all leather affair. Though the feel was good, it was all too dark inside and since the interior is not as roomy as you would expect in an SUV or even a compact SUV, they could have done better with lighter shades. Dark leather makes the interiors look even smaller.
Though nobody would deny that there can't be any better space management in a sub 4m vehicle, it certainly pinches in the boot area. It's just good for 2 average size suitcases or typical weekend shopping with family. If you plan for a long trip, well, you know... Look somewhere else.
Front seats are comfortable and the rear seats have good leg room, I think even for a six footer. But the rear seats can definitely not accommodate 3 adults comfortably.
I'm not sure how the absence of rear ac vent would affect the cooling in cities with hot summers as the ac did just right for the front seats in a typical sunny Bangalore afternoon which is not too hot.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I drove with ac on and tried to crank the engine as hard as I could in Bangalore traffic. Unlike Duster, there was not much lag in 2nd gear. But after certain RPMs, Duster comes off much better in terms of performance. EcoSport didn't feel like a 91 bhp engine and there was nothing exciting about it; it just pulled like a normal hatchback.
Electronically assisted power steering was very light and felt good in traffic. Sales Rep told that it would switch to hydraulic at 90 kmph. In my opinion, it should switch to hydraulic at around 70 as 90 seems to be too high a speed with such light steering.
Gear box was really hard. Sales Rep told me that it gets harder with continuous usage and since that was a test drive vehicle, it was driven a lot. Conventional wisdom tells just opposite. If what the Rep told is really the case, it's too bad.
Suspensions are hard! I intentionally took it over small double humps, the kinds you would see in parking lots. And boy, did they carry inside?! They felt like they would in an ordinary car; a good hard thud. Nothing SUVish about it. This is where you would like to be in a Duster.
Final Words Though Ford EcoSport is marketed as a compact SUV, is it really one? It drives like a hatch, performs like a hatch and even has space like a hatch. Agreed, it has good ground clearance. So its underbelly would not hit speedbumps or pot holes. And it has a tyre plonked at its rear door. But that's not all you want from a SUV. It surely is a very good hatchback, perhaps a bit more than that. But is it worth paying (on road in Bangalore) 13 lakhs (for top trim)? If you feel it is, it's the car for you. If you can do without high ground clearance, buy some premium sedan.
