Exterior : Sail is a stylish ful-size sedan - not a compact one. This shows up in full length cues. The body styling is conventional yet decent. The rear could have been better though. But it's front is superb.

 Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) : It has comfortable and spacious interiors. It's roomy for my tall son. Even bulky passengers find it comfortable. The panel is conventional - nothing great here. The internal tone is bright and pleasant. I find gear shifting light and smooth. the electronic features eg alarms etc are exciting and helpful

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox : Wish the engine were more powerful though the present offering is decent enough. The drive is smooth. Fule economy is just good 12-13 kmph in city conditions - should have been better at say about 13-14. May be gives higher on Highways - have not driven there so far. Engine is quiet and not noisy. Gear shifting is smooth and light when compared with my old Swift model.

Ride Quality & Handling : Steady and very good.

Final Words : Would have really liked slightly more power and torque (just for the thrill of racing on a highway !) in which case it might have been unbeatable. But, then you have to make a trade-off ! However, as a city car it is superb with adequate power at 1200 CC. Have found it comfortable with full load in the city drive. A truly value-for-money sedan.

 Areas of improvement : Slight styling on the rear and may be on the side to keep up with the contemporary fluidic design elements.
