Bad Chevrolet People & After Sales! Pls Dont Buy

Rear Axle bent at just 10,800 kilometers run!

Reason Unknown.

Covered under Warrenty? No, dont know why and no justification.

Solution The chevrolet guys arent bothered about it.

Complaint Lodged: Yes lodged 2 weeks back but still no response or progress. Complaint NUmber 27295

Next Step Consumer Court????? Pls advice.

If chevrolet guys are reading this pls do call me on 9869157533 and show some responsibility towards after sales service you dumbs.

I have been calling the customer service everyday to ask for the update, but these fellows just give me one same reply every day that the issue has been escalted but dont know the truth yet.

This car is bought from Nikhil Automobiles Navi Mumbai! Nikhil guys have just raised their hands off the issue saying the customer has banged th car in pothole, how foolish is that? How can someone bang a new car which is almost new.
