Exterior Good looks but not the best in class . Does not have the premium feel.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Dull black interiors but offers a good amount of space compared to the rivals .especiallly the rear seat is far more better than the swift .the only area in which uva can beat swift.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Poor performance . might be the cycles can overtake uva during the intialstage. I have not seen such a bad pick up in any other car. Infact the worst.
Ride Quality & Handling Excellent ride quality. The car feels stedy @high speeds and can easily touch the speeds of 160 without any problem.
Final Words Needs an uplift to compete with the rivals. aand moreover ot needs a more refined engine.
Areas of improvement I would tell that chevy needs to launch totally new avatar of uva with a powerfull engine. Needs to work on the gear box too!!!

Exterior Looks very decent...not too flashy or awkwardly shaped!
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Space is the USP. My friends who collectively own almost all hatchbacks in the market, rate my uva as the best for (3 adults) rear passenger experience. The dashboard is much more stylish than other hatches like swift and gives a sedan like feel to the driver. For audiophiles, one problem is that the front speaker compartment cannot take more than 5.x speakers.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Overall good, not as powerful as some of the other premium hatches, but more than adequate, unless one plans to enter a rally.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling is a big plus, drives very smooth, overall very reassuring road presence for the driver.
Final Words Given another chance, will still go for a u-va for the features it offers and at the price it does. Highly recommended.
Areas of improvement The instrument panel could have much better lighted, the performance dips bu a significant margin with AC on.

Exterior Had Bought this car for its external look. I still love the design of my U-VA as compared to others in this segment.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Ineriors are good and the selling point of this car was its space and it has lived to its expectation. Very comfortable even on bumpy roads. I have never seen it to knock at a speed of 30 kmph even on 4-5th gear.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good(even after driving it for 30,000 Km). Very stable at 140 km/hr with 5 people in the car. It just sticks to the ground while driving. I have just returned from Dhanulti in Uttarakhand, with my 5 friends, none of us compalined of tiredness or space. Ride quality is just excellent as compared to I20 or Ford Figo. Highways the economy is around 15-16 and in city it gives me 13 with AC in summers. Gear box is cause of concern which needs to be rectified. Each time i visit the service station I need to get it rectified.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling and Ride quality is excellent. Very Stable car even on high speed provided you have balanced the weight. The shockers are the best in class. I have driven i20, figo, swift. None of their shockers are as good as U-VA.
Final Words Over all very good car and i am completly satisfied with it. I wish GM would have spent some money in promoting this car as compared to its other car(beat).
Areas of improvement Gear Box Needs to be looked urgently as it is annoying while driving in city. Side Rails to reduced in width.

engine performance is not that good if you turn ac on power becomes less comparatively and fuel economy is great as i get min 16 km/l on ac in city and max of 18km/l on highwaysss,about gearbox it ok kind as no one other than suzuki or toyota has good gearbox but its ok not that bad like tata😝

Chevy UVA LT top end has come to my hand two years back on second hand, all these days I used to drive less than 100 KM in a month and car was kept almost ideal and seeing review's, finding few vehicle's on road, i decided to sell this car.
Last week I had a opportunity to drive 1200 KM (Pollachi to Courtralam, then Rameshwaram back to Pollachi) with fully backed 5 seats with huge luggage.
On high way UVA behavior is different, its going 120 KM and its picking up 120 moment, (without AC) BRAKING is excellent. It has given me 16 KM 75% NON AC driving on high way. I feel that MARUTI,TATA,HUNDAI has come to market long back when there is no competitor, first come first serve basis, they entered in to Indian road. Otherwise Chevy UVA is ok, but Indian road refused to accept Chevy UVA, i hope that SAIL UVA may hit. GM should concentrate on marketing, many people dont know this Chevy UVA, at least SAIL UVA should reach Indian roads.

The car is amazing in driving comfort at this price range. Smooth clitch and gear. Power is also great. I drove 90000 km and still want to own it for some 5 yrs or so. Its real price should be 8lakhs

Three months back I have taken AVEO U-VA vehicle. Overall I found it is best vehicle in middle segment. I got all minimum required features with less budget. It is Classic look and I am proud to have this vehicle. Only draw back is fuel economy and drivers seat height.
Sir I would like to bring few points to for your future improvement. 1. Increase the height of the drivers seat. 2. Locking arragement of back door (Dickky) is placed in number plate. It is problem for opening back door and spoils the appearence. 3. If your are planning for LPG or CNG conversion. Please try to design the LPG or CNG tank with the space of present petrol tank. As the petrol tank capacity is 45 ltrs, 50% space is sufficient for the LPG or CNG. So that the laguage space can be maximum utilized. Definately I will go for company;s kit when ever launch the product. 4. Try to increase the interiors look. For my vehicle it is not up to the mark. - Madan Kumar

Exterior Looks are great and style is fine.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Spacious and comfortable for five. AC some times is not very good specially during peak summer time.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Rear gear does not engage properly, but dealer paying no attention inspite of repeating same complaint every service. Got fed up now.
Ride Quality & Handling Generally good for highway. Rear seat ride is bit hard. Under chasis gets hit while negotiating humps or on a ramp top.
Final Words Battery is DIN 50 R, rarely available and at exhorbitant price. I got DIN 50 fitted with some modification to terminal cables. Hope it will work fine.
Areas of improvement Side view gets hampered due to fron wind shield side posts. This poses a risk in city driving. Something has to be done to under chasis cover, as it gets hit everytime vehicle passes over a hump or climbing up the ramp. Battery should be made to fit standard available battery, so that we dont end up paying exhorbitant charges for replacement.
Cars external styling is good. Its great on highways. Spacious interior and adequate boot space.Visibility is not great, side bars block view even for a tall person like me. Battery is unique.எக்ஸ்டீரியர்/ஸ்டைல்ஸ்

Exterior Really good.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Can easily seat 3 adults in the rear.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine perfomance is good . Get around 12-13 kms in the city and between 15 - 16 in Highway. Not faced any difficulty in the changing of gears. No knock in the engine even @ 30 kms per hr in the 4th/5th gear.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is really good when compared to other cars in this segment . No strain felt during the long rides in the Highway . very stable . May not have the initial pick up like Swift but certainly once it reaches 80 kmph then you could feel the acceleration .
Final Words It is a very good car in its segment but grossly underrated. once you start driving it regularly you would be able to appreciate it.
Areas of improvement The horn buttons can be at the end of the steering wheel instead at the centre.

Final Words I have driven this car almost 4 yrs now. It has been wonderful journey till now. Not an extra money spent on spares, good car on roads. I have driven this car almost 4 hrs nonstop. on the highways not felt any strain. Highway drive is also good. Even now i feel excited whenever i plan for long trip on my car. Not very impressed mileage, kind of 10-11kmpl but i normally i ride on high speeds > 100kmph on highway.
Areas of improvement Reverse Gear slips frequently and broader blind spot.. Few times missed narrowly from especially two wheelers coming from right side.
