    I have been using your car Rexton Sanyong RX7,make Oct'2012 since almost one year now. The SUV variant car was being used by my family, however, on 28.3.2014, when I was returning with my three year old daughter, the car broke down in the middle of the road at midnight. Despite all efforts, the car just did not start. I along with my family was stranded on the road at about 12 mid night. The car was picked up by the Mahindra Service Station people and was sent to the Mahindra Workshop , Rama Road, Moti Nagar, Delhi on that night itself. Since that night I have been constantly trying to contact the workshop people at Rama Road, Moti Nagar, however each time I was told to contact after two days as some parts were being replaced. There has been no revert from the side of the workshop. After every 2-3 days I on my own  have to ascertain the status of the car, however, to my utter disappointment, there is absolutely zero correspondence. Never expected that a customer would have to suffer so much at the whims and fancies at the hands of a reputed company .Needless to say, the car had costed us in lakhs, I am surprised at the behavior meted out by the workshop people. Its almost one month and theres no clue as to what has happened to the vehicle. Apart from the inconvenience we are facing due to non availability of a car, theres additional burden of ascertaining the status of the car, as the Mahindra seem not to believing in catering to the needs of their clients. Even after a month at the workshop,  I have been informed that the vehicle is not starting !!! one month and the vehicle is not starting at the workshop. It has actually caused me lot of mental harassment and consumed a lot of my time besides other inconveniences. Since none on the part of Mahindra is respondingi thought of sharing my experience with those who have the vehicle or are palnning to buy one to think before they make their choice.
