Exterior
It has a very classic look and not a flashy one. Compact and the bonnet from inside the car reminds you of a modified amby look. Not an eye cathing or showy look.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Comfortable for 4.5 healthy people. Black and beige interiors and the plastic quality is excellent.steering is leather strapped.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Very good pick up, great for overtaking on highways, steering is likebutter ( that is the best I liked in this car ) breaking is excellent...cannot describe the breaking powerwonderful, very stable till 145 kmph thenis 165... And comfortable till 195 max speed....
Ride Quality & Handling
Excellent.... What a vehicle... Just test drive and you will feel the difference. Good off road capability. I remember scraping the floor only once and that was a deep one...ground clearence is good.
Final Words
it is a class car with driving pleasure , stability and a great product. But the servicepoor poor ( you will have to go twice to the service centres to rectify the issue created by them during service....) spare parts are very expensive.....Service intervals is 15000km approx cost isaround 15,000 inr per service . Max I have payed due to some minor wear and tear parts was 32000inr. 60,000 and 90000km service was high if I remember it correctly. The only problem I faced in 2 years and 1 lac kis wafoam AC COMPLAINT... What was resolved under warranty.
IY YOU HAVE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND WANTS A COMPACT VEHICLE FOR CITY AND ALSO WANT HIGHWAY DRIVING PLEASURES GO FOR IT
Areas of improvement
Appointservice oriented dealers for service. Reduce the spare part prices. Reduce the price of the vehicle as it is highly priced.
Drivability is excellent, control, pick up , speed, overtaking, good city and highway carVery poor service centres, spare parts are expensive, AC issue.

I had bought a Yeti in Dec.2011 and since last one month it is in workshop awaiting replacement of head, piston etc. etc. It all happened one fine day when car did not start and had to call the service center to look into the problem. Later on it was discovered that there was leaking oil valve which led to series of problem. Thankfully car is still in warranty period and Skoda is getting the part replaced although in their own sweet time. It indicates the poor quality control at their manufacturing facility and it worries me that where else the problem may occur and what if it occurs after the warranty period. They don't respond and you require lot of patience and preverance to get anything done. I suggest to all prospective car buyers to be extra cautious while opting for this brand if at all you want to go for it.
Good style and compact sizeCar quality is a suspect and extremely poor response from Skoda.Exterior/Styles

Really awesome cross over & a perfect luxury cute SUV for a family of 4. I am in love with Yeti, I am really finding it difficult to think of any alternative for my lil beast. I hope Skoda india will continue service back up to Yeti. If Skoda can service effectively I will keep this for at least 3 more years.

Exterior When you look at the yeti, looks good form the front but the rear some might find it a bit quirky.it is a compact SUV but still looks good and to mention its height is smaller than a nano.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is the most perfect place to be in any Skoda car,its is luxurious from inside and from every bit,the speedo dials are big and easy to read and big alphabets for the MID.the fronts seats are really comfortable and you won't feel tired after long drives.the quality of material used is excellent and the steering also feels good to hold.the car is good for 4 people but a 5th one would be an uninvited guest.the boot also is fairly large.even the diesel clatter is not felt when the windows are rolled up.as soon as you engage the reverse gear the music player screen will show the car nearing to obstacles(only sensors not a reverse camera) because of the parking sensors.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The 2.0L TDI engine is bloody powerful and the turbo lag?? what's that? the turbo lag is absent and the car moves in pretty linear manner, revving at 2.5k-2.8k RPM would definitely give you a sudden push at the beck seat and the car zooms like a rocket.the fuel economy as mentioned by the MID was 7L/100km which is pretty good for a car of this size in city traffic. The gearbox also is slick and good to hold, and to add you can also change the gears with you single finger,it is so smooth
Ride Quality & Handling The ride quality is very good and the potholes are not even felt, the car just glides over potholes.the handling also is mind blowing for a compact SUV,the body roll is extremely less considering the fact the SUV's do inherit the body roll feature
Final Words A great and luxurious product from SKODA with good FE and perfect city car, though nothing can be as easy as a hatchback but the compact SUV is also easy to maneuver
Hats off to SKODA !!!😎
Areas of improvement The price should be cut down a bit and nothing else I could find negative about the yeti.
