Exterior Good and sober lines running through rear to front. Paint quality is not that outstanding.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very rich and tastefully done interiors. One falls in instant love with cabin lighting schemes and quality of leather and plastic. Outstanding is the word.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Could have been a higher BHP engine than Laura, though refinement level felt is quite good. Engine feels peppy. Initial acceleration feels lesser than Laura, lacks jet take-off feeling.
Ride Quality & Handling A bit stiff ride quality, but ok given our road conditions. Handling is Superb. One can drive this huge car in city traffic very easily.
Final Words Puchased as new recently. Liked by children as well as elders. Good overall car, feel secure inside. Good interior with class higher features. Ground clearance is also good; does not scrap on our speed breakers. Solid steady on higher speeds, as well as in city traffic. Front and rear parking sensors are a boon. Go for it without any second thoughts.
Areas of improvement Still figuring out how to open the hood!! Manual is not of much help. Boot and fuel lid levers could have been provided for greater sense of control, though it might just be the matter of getting used to. Light indicators are on left side, cause initial minor hiccups. Engine sound in the cabin is more than Laura, something hard to digest!!
Style statement, strong built, features loaded, lavish interiors, safe carRear styling could have been better

Exterior it makes heads turn.... a sleek design... the rear emblem and nameplate are exclusive...
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) ample space for both the front and rear passengers... very comfortable seats... AUX, CD, bluetooth enabled audio player... best in class cabin lighting... as sunfilms have been banned in india, the rear sun shades come in handy... gear change assitance...
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox for such a car 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TDI is a bit less... but still manages 180 easily... fuel economy low... best and easiest in-class cruise control... smooth gear box...
Ride Quality & Handling sturdy... less wobbling on uneven roads... firm suspension... excellent cornering... excellent steering...
Final Words i was quiet happy after buying skoda superb... but the after sales service disappointed me... after a month the fuel gauge malfunctioned... it took autobahn 10 days to replace it... for ten days i stayed on the edge and i used to fuel it up everyday as the fuel gauge showed empty... when i left my superb for replacing the fuel gauge they returned it to me with a big scratch on the bonnet... no doubt they repaired it for free... well, leaving the after sales service aside superb is a great car... the space is ample... infact it has more legroom then c-class and 3-series... an excellent family car...

* * * My car is a 2010 model with a Manual Transmission. I bought this used car recently. * * *
Exterior
Impeccable design and intelligent features (just one example: auto-adjusting headlamps)
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Extraordinary amount of space... particularly at the back.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
It gives me great confidence to pull ahead of other cars on the road. 1.8 TSI petrol engine is very responsive and extremely quiet. My manual gearbox is a pleasure to operate. I understand the DSG automatic gearbox in AT models is suffering a lot of failures at the hands of Indian drivers and I tend to pin the blame mainly on the recklessness of either the owner-drivers or their professional drivers. It is really unreasonable to pin the blame on Skoda engineers or the dealer or even the service centre personnel. People have got to be honest in admitting their incompetence or that of their drivers. I fully support Skoda the company's position in handling all these frivolous complaints. If you want only your driver to handle your car, you should keep things simple and buy a manual transmission. Take all the complexities of DSG away and I bet your driver won't even know how to damage your car even if he wants to!!
Ride Quality & Handling
Superb!!! What else can I say?

Areas of improvement
I can't think of anything serious. There may be some intermittent electrical malfunctions because there is so much technology built in this mean machine. I have noticed that the fuel gauge suddenly shows empty from half-full position when I am operating headlamps, wipers, AC and radio. Again, this doesn't happen everytime! I am stumped as to why it happens, but it is not such a major issue that I want to leave my car at the dealer for an extended period of time. I can live with the quirk. Nothing else is wrong with my used 2010 Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI MT.
Classy shape, size, feature-rich, powerful, value for moneyNothing Really... It is a wonderful car (at least the manual transmission model)

Exterior The car stops in the mid of the road creatiung embrassment. This car cannot moved mannualy as all the wheels get locked and break down van needs to called for lifting. Once it stops in the mid of road- people start abusing and you will cursing as why we bought this car. the response from the dealer and the manufacturer is very poor. they even do not respond to legal notice. my car is in Jia Auto Workshop in Kolkata for last 3 months and yet not repaired as parts are not available.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is poor.makes lot of noises. the automatic ggearshipt doesnot work properly the gear trips with sound. poor suspension. it doesnot work over bumpers

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The Car broke down on 1st day of 1 km driving. this is just unheard of.
Ride Quality & Handling The steering and the brake gets locked even if there is any problem, hence one gets stranded, cannot move the car to side ways.
Final Words The Car is very unreliable, has borked down on the first day of delivery, was towed away to garage. Skoda guys accept the problem in the car, but refused to replace the car... What a great service. They are pushing me to take delivery of the repaired car. i have never seen an unreliable car like this, company like this. The car can breakdown any time, the steering gets locked, the brakes fail. One who have good amout of extra money should invest in Skoda cars.
Areas of improvement Skodis should stop cheating customers, understand that customer pay Rs25 Lac for comfort, not to purchase headaches And regrets. They have to improve their quality, reliability, customer service, customer confidence.

I still remember, the day when I test drove the car with my family, and sooner the test drive finished, it was unanimous buy decision with a remark by all,"it is simply Superb!!!!". It was choice between 3 series and this. Initial 1-2 months were great and we really enjoyed the drive. and on an highway mileage was 15.1 kpl (1.8 tsi engine). However the first impression started blurring. with first visit to the workshop for a sudden mpfi lamp on the panel lit up, pathetic experience. Right from receiving yourself to fixing the problem, this does not happen at the other luxury car segments workshop in India. After the fix. don't know what happened the mileage went down to 12 kpl on highways under same conditions!!! Worst was to be experienced in first summer after purchase that you sweat at the rear!!!! Cooling is really bad at the rear. You miss a USB port in today,s world of itouch. When you try to complain abt things they need chasis, engine number in the response mail from customer care for them to help. I would not be doing justice if I do not mention that it's a fantastic experience when it comes to driving, space. and I love driving this car if I forget the ac, after sales, workshop and fuel economy.

Exterior Looks smart.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine guzzles 1.5 Liter /6000 KM., fuel consumption 7 KM/liter on highway,,Battery failure in 4 months of new car purchase. Takes 5 days to replace under warranty. After sales service is very poor. The Company gives no importance to Complaint re-dressal. My Battery went dead after 4 months of use and the company were unable to provide a replacement battery for 5 days. The car guzzles fuel and the service center can not rectify the problem. There is heavy oil consumption and after only 6000 Km I had to spend Rs.1400/- to top up the oil. The service is so bad - at Jai Auto it took 3 hours to just top up the engine oil. I will never recommend Skoda to any car buyer.
Ride Quality & Handling Suspension very hard and bumpy.Unable to drive smoothly because of hard bumps. Even the small 2" plastic speed breakers give a huge bump to the passengers.
Final Words Service back up is a disaster. No satisfactory after sales service.
Areas of improvement Needs better Batteries, better engine, and better suspension. The cost of maintenance and service is the highest in the industry.
Interior design and seating comfort, controls are all very good.Suspension is very, very bad. The fuel consumption is very poor - only 7 KM /liter on open roads.Exterior/Styles
