i had purchased a skoda superb in 2012 and never faced a problem till now,BUT this time when i gave my car for servicing and repair it was pethetic.1st of all i had sent my car for service on 2nd april 2016 and i never got a call from the service provider.i made him sevral calls regarding my vehicle and all he said for 2 days was that he was still checking the car.i still dont understand why it took 2 days for him to get it checked.and then earlier whenever i sent my car for service i used to get a call from MAHAVIR SKODA regarding the cost of the said work.but this time i didnt come to know about the costs or anything.till the time i asked for my car's delivery MR.VAMSI from MAHAVIR SKODA never told me about any cost or anything.and also i would like to laminate 1 more problem with SKODA SUPERB.the car is made in such a way that it provides entry for rodants in the bonett.this problem im facing since i had purchased the car.i have 8 vehicles and all are parked in the same place,including SKODA RAPID,for any of the vehicles i never faced a problem of rodents getting into my car and destroying the parts but only in SKODA SUPERB i face this problem.i recomend all of u to never purchase a vehicle from MAHAVIR SKODA and who have already purchased it never send it there for servicing.and also dont purchase a SKODA SUPERB as the vehicle has a manufacturing defect.
