I have purchased a Skoda Superb from M/s Jai Auto in the month of July, 2010.  Before finalizing the vehicle, I questioned about the Phone feature, which was provided in the 2010 model.  I was informed by the sales people of Jai Auto that Skoda will activate the same as and when this feature is brought into India by SKODA, which was expected to be introduced very soon.

Now I find that the 2011 model has the phone feature and I approached Jai Auto to activate the phone feature on my Car. They informed that it cannot be done since there is no such provision to do so, which is in total variance of what they had informed and committed to me while selling the Car. 

It’s  a misleading ACTION from SKODA INDIA that they are showing such features in their car to attract the customers and giving false commitments when it cannot be made functional at all.

In view of the above, we request your immediate response on this issue as it’s a total breach-of-trust with the customer from such a reputed Brand. Failing to get a speedy action, we may force to take legal steps against SKODA INDIA.
