    Worst customer care by Skoda. don't care for customer.

    Few thousand kilometers

    Exterior Look not so impressive, worst design work on window glass, very dangerous experience during rainy season as window glass illumination is not even good one can't see properly due to continous mist on the glass. head light is illumination is not good. Very risky car in driving in night really & I mean a lot by all this above words, Had lot more difficulty in night driving & rainy season driving. Please invest you hard earned money in some other different car. Please else buy it in your risk.

    Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Power window not function properly, work as per wish of skoda.

    Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Not good fuel economy.

    Ride Quality & Handling Handling is fine.

    Final Words Poor customer care support, least care from Skoda customer care team, you keep calling them they will just keep telling you that skoda will revert back revert back, but thne you forget you will not get call back from skoda care. 

    Spare part delivery time is worst. I put my vehicle at skoda workshop for head light replacement, now its almost 15days I have not received head light replaced by skoda workshop, just giving me false promisses that they will replace my headlight on priority. BUT NEITHERSKODA NOT DEALER HAS DONE ANYTHING ON THIS. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM WELL KNOW SKODA AG. GOOD WORK DONE. from last 15 days I am just running here & there in taxi & auto. NO ONE AT SKODA CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEM JUST TELLING ME SOMETIME IT HAPPENS . WHAT THE NONSENCE IS THIS.

    Please make sure & buy the product on your own risk from Skoda. They don't have good after saems support, even if you right mails to skoda that also you will not get reply.. 

    In this price segement please buy product from Hyundai or Maruti they really care for customer & solev the probelm as it is their only.

    Areas of improvement SKODA NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR WAY FO TALKING TO CUSTOMER. NEED LOT MORE IMPROVEMENT IN AFTER SALES SERVICES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT. SPD DIVISION NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT.

    SENIOR MANAGEMENT NEED TO UNDERSTAND & GET THE FEEDBACK FROM DIRECT CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULD GET TO KNOW WHAT IN THE HOUR NEED, ESLE I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT SKODA WILL LOOSE THEIR CUSTOMER & WILL VANISH FROM INDIAN MARKET.
