Final Words Repenting now after buying it. Even the customer services are pathetic. I have always seen someone or the other fighting at the workshop at Gurgaon, Haryana. Mostly it is for bad services during servicing as problems crop up after the servicing has been done and the clients take the car home. For example in my own case while I gave the car for servicing the service engineer said the battery needs to be replaced. Despite my insistence he was bent upon replacing it. Somehow I talked to the manager and stopped him to do it. I got the battery charged at a mechanics shop outside the workshop. And surprisingly the same battery I have been using for the past more than a year without even failing once.
This clearly reflects on the workmanship, management and the highly unethical behavior of Skoda Octavia employees where they are either trying to fleece the clients or trying to make some incentives.
