Final Words After sale service is horrible as long as it is running good it is best car if you gets an issue; Skoda people will not do anything nor service people will do. They will initiate the process but it will be corrected or not, it is not there assurance.
As I have purchased a Skoda Ocatavia recently within 2 months Tyre got bubble into it. They told it is not our responsibility, It is Good Year tyre so they will only do the needful whereas i have purchased from Skoda so i suppose they should take ownership of all the parts which was provided by them but not. Whereas Skoda guys are not responsible for this. Good year will also not take a responsibility for the same.
Areas of improvement Horrible After sale service. I suggest not to go for this vehicle as I feel Volkswagen is better in after sale service. I did a mistake purchasing 2nd skoda vehicle.

We requested for test drive of your new Skoda Octavia through your dealer M/s.Gurudev Motors, Madurai. The of the Demo vehicle was shown at 19B/1 Krishanapuram Colony, 2nd Street, Madurai by the Sales Manager on 26th March 2013. The Sales Manager refused to take purchase order from us because we insisted that insurance of our new Skoda Octavia will be done by our Insurance Company, M/s.The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Dindigul.
We, M/s.M.S.P.Solai Nadar Company, Madurai being a loyal customer of Skoda Auto, have purchased Skoda Octavia in 2004 and Skoda Laura in 2009 and we have done the insurance cover of all our Skoda Vehicle through M/s.The New India Assurance Co.Ltd. Since we have a special package with them for all our LCV's, Cars, premises and stocks, we have been enjoying a special concession rate with our insurance company.
This is disheartening to inform you that the Sales Manager of your Dealer, M/s.Gurudev Motors, Madurai have focused to sell insurance rather than persuade customer like us to buy Skoda Vehicle. Further the Sales Manager has shown negative interest when we informed him that the purchase will be done on our own funds.
This will definitely spoil the image of Skoda if your dealer and his team humiliate loyal customers like us not to buy new Skoda Octavia.
