What a waste of spending money on a magnificent machine which is backed by the worst after sales service experienced so far. I have owned an Indica and a City before this and have not had any issues with the service. On service front Honda takes the cake and Tata is also good . But if you a looking at good service from Skoda - please forget it. They will charge you for everything, and cherge you for changing the same filters twice in 2 months!. Am paying more than Rs8000 for a free paid service!. Then too the problems are never resolved, first the mist forms on the screen during rainy season, they fix it by placing a cardboard, then in the name of some mandatory mid yr FREE service they charge again for one thing or the other, then the AC stops working within few months of buying, they charge for AC filters, then after one month when the car goes for service they charge again for the same AC filters changed a mobnth back. They take more than 2 days to fix the AC problem, they charge for pick up and drops. While buying we did bring the issue of costly service with the sales guy, he assure us that its a myth, because with Skoda you send your car once in a year for service while with other cars you have to send it after every 3 months. Believe me, IT IS TRUE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF SKODA IS EXPENSIVE!
No grudges with the car, but am experiencing mind boggling pathetic after sales service

Exterior Looks sexy. Exterior design is awesome. Love the front grills and the side view of Laura. But regarding the projector headlamps - its not much effective. It should have been bigger and better like the one available in skoda superb. The light too is not much bright.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is good. Nice quality. and the wooden design adds to royalty. The feel of the steering is also good. Its spacious and comfortable except for the rear seating. Its way too stiff and a bit erect in position making it slightly uncomfortable. But legroom and headroom - u got lot of space. Boot is way too big for big suitcases to fit in easily. The opening of the boot too is sexy along with the rear windscreen.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 180kmph can be reached easily. After that it delays. Gear shift is good but feels the gear lever is a bit higher. It would have been better if it was 140bhp instead of 110 bhp.
Ride Quality & Handling I love driving the laura in city with medium traffic. It excels. Anyone would love throttling laura in city traffic. It just stays cool with perfect control. 180kmph feels like less than 100kmph inside the cabin. Perfect handling at high speeds.
Final Words Perfect for City Racing. Its a driver's car. Wanna enjoy perfect handling with power - drive it, feel it.
Areas of improvement Could have been more powerful. Bigger Projector lamps with xenon lights and cornering function.
Fit and Finish. Quality of interiors. Boarding Spot Lamps.Stiff and Erect Rear Seat. Could have been 140bhp instead of 110 bhp.Exterior/Styles
