RTO registration issue because of variant name has been changed as classic

Don't buy a Skoda Kushaq classic. Even after one month, RTO registration is not yet completed... Showroom SGA Skoda Avinashi Road, Coimbatore people saying that it is because of the non-availability of design approval from Skoda, which is needed because of variant names changed from active to classic. I have paid the full amount a month back. now I am paying interest and EMI to the bank, whereas my car is standing at the showroom.
