Worried about service for this much expensive car

I was eagerly waiting for this car. But after the launch, got disappointed with the pricing. Starting price, 13 lakh on road price is too much for this car which looks like a Hyundai venue or Ecosport. Safety is excellent as usual in Skoda. But what about their service centers. I don't know when will I get my car back if I give it for service and I don't know how much will I be billed from their service dealers who are Infact professional looters.. So I have given this rating. I just like the safety in Skoda so I have given 1 rating or else it would be zero if there is an option to give that rating
