I have bought a "HIGH NOISE MAKING" Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.4 from Giriraj Motors, Gurgaon which has manufacturing defects. I am not getting any response from Skoda India team on my concerns..

The car had already run for 118 kilometers before delivering it to me - Is the new car run over 100 kilometers before delivery?

The car had no plastic covers on the seat - Why were the plastic covers removed?

The car had a scratch on the top right - Does a new car come with scratches??

This leads to me to the doubts that the car was used for TEST DRIVE by the dealership and not a fresh piece that was supposed to be delivered to a customer buying a new car.

To add to my agony, the car came with the following problems right from day one:

Reverse sensor does not work - they do not have in stock as well
Seat belt indicator does not work
Wheel alignment is completely off the track. Vehicle moves to its left
Auto locking of doors immediately after crossing 20 kms/hr speed does not work - this was rectified after my two visits

After repeated attempts of speaking/writing to their INDIA Service Head, Mr. Sudhir Shrinivas, there is no solution provided. The Service Head flatly showed his inability to address the problem saying it as "Manufacturing problems can not be addressed by him". What about the false commitments then?? There is no answer...

There is absolutely no attitude to address customer concerns.. Moreover, they are just not responding to my concerns both via mail and phone.. I had spoken to their Global Headquarters at CZech and had written to their chairman. However, they have not reverted yet (after 5 days now)...

I am feeling completely cheated by Skoda India and do not know what to do with my car...

So, request all those who plan to buy Skoda to reconsider their decision and ensure they have adequate reasons to buy..

The brand for which I had passion for a long time has ruined my confidence on them with this experience..
