Family car but Renault distributers let them down

I liked the car moment I sat on it. I moved from maruti zen and I bought it so that the extra seating can help in times of need. Spacious, storage, and feature loaded. Amazing space management job by Renault engineers. It's a family car and with a family, you can drive smoothly and avoid risks. Good Ac but the suspension is on the tougher side. Overall, I am happy but bad experience with the dealer.
