Customer service was good. As they explained the pros and cons and they explained why to choose Renault Triber compare with other high end in terms of safety models in the market. But after riding the vehicle for few Kilometers, I personally suggest every one who cares about their family should go for it. It has very robust and reliable engine. The mileage was also awesome giving 18kmpl even in city limits. The driving comfort was very good at rated speed. And coming to cost both initial and running, maintenance was very less compared with other top end brands. Only thing about safety rating was less. But if you are a good and careful driving person then definitely go for it.You will definitely find the difference and feel happy for purchasing this model.
