This is a awesome car for mid-range income family. Its fuel efficiency is better.Style is also looking nice as well as hieght of 18 inch from the land to drive anywhere the road is to be. I feel good. I'll suggest further. Thanking you.

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY WORST PRODUCT AND WORST SERVICE GOT ECM ENGINE PROBLEM SO MANY TIMES. ONCE AM TANK FULL ITS INDICATING PETROL FUEL IS DRY SO I CANT START AND CANT DRIVE MY CAR

I am buying this small SUV KWID car. This is very useful car for a small family. It has all upted features with very nice look and also has very good interior. I like especially KWID rxt optional. It is fully loaded with upted features.

Buying experience: First car, it was a good experience.
Riding experience: Good for plain areas, very bad for hilly areas
Details about looks, performance etc: Looks..... Best amongs their category
Servicing and maintenance: It is quite good and cheap as well
Pros and Cons: Worse part 1.mobile chamber ( broken twice already) 2. Silencer pipe. ( Too ordinary it doesn't last for 6 months) 3. Front control arms (doesn't last for 6 months) 4. windows noises can't do anything by mechanics. This are there major problems in ranault little kwid. Please something in mobile chamber. Your company is loosing many customers because this in hilly areas. If you change this into unbreakable than you will increase by 10- 20 percent sale in hilly areas that I can give you garrantee.

Buying experience at renault was very patgetic as I had booked the car on October 2015 and got delivery in march 2016 which made me loose all the interest in the car . But after all using the car , it gave me a good experience . So i liked the car as it looked pretty well in this segment. Everything was good till the time started for getting my car serviced. Renault as being a global giant in car market have such a third class service which can't even explained in words. I don't know how other service centers is but in my city Allahabad up, the service center is almost of no use and giving yourself a headache. Renault Car parts are not easily available at local market so u have to be dependent on service center which also never has car parts. My car's silencer broked and company took 3 months to get it available at service center. Every second person at renault service center is broker they sell parts at there own price . So , i am bearing pain after buying kwid and will recommend anyone to buy Renault cars.

Buying experience: i have bought this at releasing 15 Dec 2015 company sell n service behaviour impressive
Riding experience: till the date i have driven it 25000 km driving experience is good on highway but laggy in traffic area. its reason is come power lag in 2nd gear for some time in traffic.
Details about looks, performance etc: looks is awesome in this price range, performance is ok
Servicing and maintenance: service cost after 2 year 3500 per service approx
Pros and Cons: pros looks, mileage, highway riding cons power lag, less power, cheap plastic quality, breaking not good, metal sheet bump soon
