Worst to be Kwid owner

Very weak pulling power. I got both Maruti Alto 800 and Kwid 1000 cc but compared to Kwid1000, Alto 800 is more powerful.The worst part of Renault Co. is its servicing. I purchased this car at SILIGURI in October, 2016and had my 1st servicing but now there is no service centre in SILIGURI(WB). When asked, they suggested to visit Purnia(Bihar).How can the company be so careless and irresponsible. I suggest the people to think twice before buying this car.
