Facing issues with my new Kwid 1.0

Hi,

I'm very much disappointed and met with an accident due to my car's break system failure. I purchase Renault Kwid 1.0 new modle on 2nd Oct, 2016. When I took my car to my hometown on our local road it's silancer started creating heavy noice. Just second day I took it to the service center and they told me that it was due to silancer's lock pins were not fixed properly. On 20th Oct. When I was going towards NH8, my car's break system stoped working and I was unable to break down the speed. I preshed the break leaver fully but still I couldnot controll the car from hitting the Ecosport car from behind. My car's bonnut got damaged and break got stuck. I couldnot move the car from the road. I called for road side assistance from Renault. Complaint no 79180 had been logged. They took the car to the service station at sec.14/ It;s been 5 days now and I havenot received any information from them. They are treating it as normale sercie call. I want my car's proper break system checkup before taking it on the road again. There is some serious problem in break system which is why it generates sound while applying the breaks. I just wanted to report the issue to the concerned department so that this issue can be rectifyed permanently. Thanks,
