I took my car to Renault service center and they informed me that my car mat was too thick and was preventing the clutch from getting pushed all the way down as it should. Upon their suggestion I removed the car mat and made adjustments and indeed I have not faced the issue any more. I am able to smoothly change gears. However the car horns are a problem. I would suggest all owners to install an additional car horn. I had to take it to an independent garage and they had to do many many things to make the horn functional. Safest thing is to reinstall an additional car horn. Other than that, the car seems fine. As it is my first car, I am not able to perform a detailed evaluation. The front passenger side window makes rattling noise (not very loud though). The media navigation set is excellent.
