Buying experience was good. Before the first service, riding experience wasn't good, afterwards better. Lookwise it is very good. Servicing experience was good. Pros - look, compact, features etc Cons- it lacks a clock in the dashboard. Secondly, while shifting to next gear, it gives the jerk which is a bit irritating.

In this segment kwid is the best car. It's a very comfortable car. Its mileage is undescribable. Renault kwid look is very high quality.

Hi,

I have Purchased Car in June 2017 before GST and it get Registered on the same month.

Delivery has been made within 15 days  with selected color.

The price of the car has been reduced after GST, Renault company has reimbursed the difference amount.

I am very happy with Renault. The performance of car is very good in the segment (800 CC) but we cannot compare the engine.

Performance with other higher CC Engine. Renault has excellent performance of the Music System even with only two speakers. The Navigation system seems not to be fully updated but shows exact positioning of the car on the road.

The ground clearance is good so driving over bad roads is not a problem. The car is really light and driving it in traffic isvery easy as it moves around very nicely. The media nav is excellent and the interior is good considering the cost. The luggage space is also very big.

Look, Performance & SpaceNone

It is very compact vehicle for small family for their daily use. It has all top end end features in this range of price. Around 5 lakh rupee this is the best car you can purchase. It gives best in value for money. 7 inch touchscreen, Airbags, large boot space are important features of this car to get more attractive. And also it has nearly 24 km milage in petrol, which is true bcz i have this car for past 3 years

Buying experience: First thing first,renault services are not good by any mean so won't find yourself satisfied with them.the same thing happened with me they won't deliver the car in promised date and the never give me satisfaction in service.
Riding experience: I had owned the car when it was first launched in India the demand was high as well as expectations, I must say that Renault had done serious R&D on this car. When I own this car none of the car in this segment provide that feeling in drive. It feels a segment above BUT when it comes to power it really struggles to even get going in some cases like if you are on ac and stuck in traffic you have to work really hard with the engine.
Details about looks, performance etc: The engine performance is not good at all on the other hand it is a car that focuses on fuel efficiency which it does quite well. It literally delivers about 20 kmpl in city and about 25 on highway (if driven normally).
Servicing and maintenance: There is one reason why everyone buys maruti suzuki and hyundai and on the other hand tata is not getting as much attention as it deserves and Chevrolet have to leave the country, YES that is service and maintenance renault stands somewhere between ford and nessan in my opinion means the are not excellent but they are not bad too. I think I can give around 3 star from 5
Pros and Cons: Styling is the major pros of this car along with price, space, ground clearance, navigation (which I think is bit of overrated). On the other hand the engine is the major cons of this car with built quality and yes the music system yes the music system is a touch screen unit but it fails to deliver the main thing it made to do and that is sound it is poor and the touch response is not good even, It was among the main USP of kwid but I think they could have gone with normal system with better speakers.

If the space compartment would be increase It's good. Size looks small a very small. Increase the length and width also of car. Otherwise car is superb to drive and smooth while driving. In this price segment nobody beat this car. Mileage is good. Believe its improving every time and car will be super.

Details about looks, performance etc: Body is not solid and engine noise is more than expected
Servicing and maintenance: Never listen you what is being happening in your car
Pros and Cons: Body not solid and engine noise is more and noise of our tyres and other vehicles come inside and I am now mentally Disturbed

The performance is very low.the engine performance is very low.pickup is not well.air condition is very low power . cooling capacity is not very good.need more improvement in this car like pick up , air-condition, engine performance, battery backup also is not well.fuel efficiency is very good.i am selling this car soon
