Practical and value for money SUV

Buying experience was good as the sales team gave detailed answers for all the queries and also explained all the functionality of the vehicle. Till date I have crossed above 6000 KMS in a span of 5 months. A few of the highlights of the car are: 1. The look of the car is definitely a head turner. The space management in the car is also excellent with a good amount of knee room and space for luggage with best in class boot space. LED projector headlights are also good for night driving. Overall build quality is very good and gives confidence for taking it for long drives. 2. Excellent ride quality with good ground clearance and very good suspension set-up. The turbo engine along with CVT transmission is a smooth affair to drive. The drive mode is also very good to adapt to different driving conditions. Option of cruise control also provided excellent comfort on long drives. Overall the car gave mileage of around 12 kmpl in city driving conditions while on highways milage improved to almsot 18-20 kmpl. 3. Renault post sales and service was also good with service executive taking care for all the minor issues that cropped up. Few of the shortcomings of this care are: 1. Cost cutting is evident (plastic used for dash and other interior places could be better). 2. Year 2022 models missed many of the useful features like TPMS, Electronic Stability, hill hold assist (all of which have been provided in the 2023 model). 3. NVH handling could have been better.
