    1. I am Ritesh Yadav from Bagdogra, Siliguri, West Bengal.

    2. I had booked a Renault Fluence E4 dieselat Sky Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Renault Showroom, Siliguri, West Bengal-734001 on 22 Sep 12. It was booked in the name of my wife Mrs Neha Dhawale by paying an amount of Rs. 3,29,542.

    3. At the time of booking, MD of this show room Mr. Anand Agarwal promised that car will be delivered on 15 Oct 12. Till 15 Oct 12 there was no information from showroom that car will not be delivered on 15 Oct 12.

    4. When I reached the Showroom on 15 Oct 12, the reactions of various attendant at showroom were:

    (a) Sir don’t worry your car will be given to you before Diwali (13 Nov 12).

    (b) Other said “Because Pooja (Dussehra) is coming it will be given around that time only”

    (c) Other said “It will take time so if you want take back your booking amount back take it. Whenever your car will come we will inform you”

    5. After that day they stopped picking up my calls and never called back. Then I went to the showroom again on 20 Oct 12. That time they promised that car has been released from Chennai, Tamilnadu and it will be delivered to me on 28 Oct 12. Now on 27 Oct 12, they are not sure when they are going to deliver the car.

    6. As customer care/satisfaction point, are following:

    (a) They are not informing me any time that they will not be able to deliver me the car on time.

    (b) Whenever I am calling them they are not picking up my call as they have saved my number. To ascertain this thing I first called from my number they did not pick my call, then I called them using my friends number . Now they picked up the call.

    (c) So they are not calling me and on top of that they are not picking up my call. So is this policy of customer care of Renault?
