Very Poor client servicing; no technical knowledge

The service entre guys do not have any idea about the technical problems, they just keep on recomending to change parts, and raise the bills. where as problems remain the same.

Car has to go to workshop atleast thrice for the same problem , as they do not rectify it.and every new time ask to change for another part.

The spare parts used by them are of very poor quality. the technicians do not use their brains, and even after listing down all the complaints, they do not rectify all problems and later will tell you send your car again to the workshop.

Sometimes i feel the car meant for the service centre and not for consumers.their one solutions becomes a problem for the other part, it feels that they have pre decided the sequence of problems in the car.

I am totally disappointed with this kind of service and quality. And would not recommend anyone for Renault products, this is my experience of last 3 years.
