      Riding is suberb but sometimes 85ps feels a little less as it is a big car.mileage is great and it highway driving experience is great.Dashboard is outdated and there is no support for android auto and apple carplay which sucks in 2019.Service is good and maintence cost is very less.Look is great and there is plenty of space in backseat as well.

      First of all after sale response from dealer is nice. No bumps like Scorpio, xuv 500, fortuner, endeavour etc. So smooth and comfortable having lesser jerks and bumps with huge ground clearance making off road drive easier. Front and side looks awesome. Just need rear spoiler to be fitted for amazing rear look. Mileage is also awesome. I get 20.5 kmpl on highway, and 18 at city. My model is 85ps rxz. Rear seat leg space could have been better.

      I purchased this car 5 months ago . and now on the road trip the engine is overheating and fully smoke from the engine. the service engineer said due to fan stop the working the coolen is short and engine become overheat so the engine has collapsed. He gives me the suggestion to replace the engine and I agree with him.after 48 days my car is in the service center for the spare parts ...very poor service from the Renault India don't buy this dabba. If you buy this car than ready to daily go to the service center

      Hi Renault DL XC XX 7054 Duster (Diesel) I purchased limited edition duster (adventure) from your dealer ( Mayapuri Delhi ) in Jan 2017 through company lease. After purchasing it i noticed that there is some annoying noise in brake paddle. After 2-3 weeks of purchase, I went to there service center in Mayapuri, they assured me that issue will be resolved. After repair, I noticed that brake paddle sound has no improvement but there was another sound started coming from front tyres after applying brakes. upon calling the service center they told me that they have cleaned break shoes etc. & advised me to visit again. my office is in Gurgaon & i hardly get time to visit the service center frequently...but somehow i went again there after few days/ weeks, this time they told me that they have ordered some part under warranty & it will take some time & advised me to visit again....after some period i again visited your service center and told them that regarding difficulty in changing gears...again same story...parts are being orderd please leave your vehicle or visit again... Since i have purchased this vehicle i found many problems in this vehicle...your service center replaced/ repaird many things...like clutch plate; brake shoe etc....but they are unable to resolve any of the problems so far....as i dont find time to go your service center every other day...i have no choice but to use substandard vehicle with heavy risk... - Gear shift problem still there - brake noise still there - Brakes are not reliable at all - Your technicians do know how to switch on/off front fog lamps...(do you know where is on/off) switch? - Airconditioning has some intermittent problem, sometimes during summer it switch off compressor for longer duration & we have no option but to open window. Your service center says everything is ok with the A/C system. - Cabin noise no improvement. Do you think you sold a defective vehicle to me? Or all above problems are part of standard product? Or your service center is incompetent? Today I thought of writing a detailed review/complaint with dates/service history so I tried to log in on Renault India app but I realized I can't do so because in your records my phone is wrongly entered as xxxxx x0649 (& i cant receive otp on the wrong number) ... earlier I used to get SMS from your service center on my correct mobile xxxxx x0639 but during the last visit I didn't receive any message (even I didn't receive any details of service done & they didn't give me any paper to sign at the time of delivery after the repair). So why did you change my mobile number in your records? Hopefully, I will again go to your service center tomorrow (Sunday 27th Jan 19) for showing problems of brakes etc... What do you think ...should i sell the vehicle? Do you have some control over your dealers? Should I lodge a complaint with consumer forum etc.?       worst experience As for the beginning only there is problems related to suv duster's engine.clutch HARDNESS and noise . Service is also worst .As company give only telephonic assurances for solving any problem and the local service centre physically and mentally harrash for solving the problem.

      The buying experience was not so great as I got nippy dots on my new car. Staff at the dealer said will clear the paint job, which didn't happen till date( 2yrs). Ordered a spoiler from the dealer itself, but no response at all till date. Riding experience is amazing, period. It's just acceptable compared to hatch back cars. The driver's seat rocks like a massage chair (design fault maybe). Interiors are a big flop shop. I feel pathetic talking abt it. Talking about seats and space is limited for average adults. Under thigh support is horrible, those long journeys are going to be a nightmare. Best part to talk is about the mileage the mill gives. I get about 16kmpl in the city and with 90kmph on the high way, it gives me around 18.5 average. Amt box is a big let down. No super fast shifts. It just gets ur job done. I have driven about 35000km till date and spent abt 8500/- for service and 3500 for brake pads. If we look at it technically, it's much better compared to Maruti swift(costed me 10000/- for every service). The reason for me to buy this car was mainly to get a cheap automatic car, with good ground clearance, good mileage, and a decent boot. Always better compared to hatchback cars and C - segment sedans in India.

      At the time I brought the car, I was very excited as this was the very few affordable SUV's in the market. Although the drivability, handling has been good in the car, my main issue is with reliability of the car and the expensive maintenance or running costs and the costs of the spares on this car. After the first service, I have never seen a service bill below 10k and the 4th service was a whopping 28k. All this without any accidents or rash driving. If Renault could locally produce the spares it definitely would be an addeed advantage specially keeping in mind that there are owners who own the car for more than 5 years or 1lakh plus KM's.

      Very bad gadi duster gadi is very bad. I am not impressed because this gadi not good performance. This Gadi very bad . i am not impressed. This maintrnce very high. This car is good look. But performance very bad. very bad buying experience. I have been harmed by a duster car. There is plenty of place in this car

      I booked my duster from Dimapur, which I had to wait for almost 11months, so finally being assured that they could speak with the nearest show room in Guwahati TI motor's I bought form Guwahati being assured that Dimapur autocraft showroom will service equally with care. Now after some few days I realised that the air vent control was defect, my air-condition is also very slow, like my air vents n it's dusty too . The console between the driver n the navigator ie the plastic that holds the handbrake n the manual gear came out, plus the mileage on diseal gives 15kmpl n 10.5kmpl on air-condition. The moral of the story pls don't trust Assam showroom. They rob ur money on insurance n defective inferior cars

      Buying experience: Value for money car Have purchased used car in less than half price I m satisfied
      Riding experience: Ultimate riding experience Good offroader plus onroader car Ultimate fun
      Details about looks, performance etc: Muscular car with nice look Ultimte look with roof rails
      Servicing and maintenance: Servicing in agency is not good enough Maintance is costly tooo
      Pros and Cons: Car is ultimate Full fun I m a duster lover But maintance in brand store is so baddd
