Balanced FAMILY car and perfect Off road cum highway SUV

My renault buying and sales and servicing experience has been extremely pathetic, butthe car in itself should not be blamed as it is the people carrying renault service centres in India who are the real culprits. To be precise i had major issues with Landmark service centre in Thane west, where my car was jacked for 55 days and with all fake diagnosis, it seems they had illiterate people working there. My renault duster car however i will rate it very high for its Ride quality, its super fast pick up and swiftness of gear shift and it hardly takes 11-14 seconds to zip comfortably to 5th gear. Duster has been on Indian roads for long enough for me to write about its looks, i know of some people who dont like its rusty look, i personally love its road presence and overall appeal. Servicing amd maintenance as discussed above doesn't look good considering Renault is not very customer friendly. Its plus definitely has a lot about its ride quality, its balance between perfect city car and proper highway SUV, its 4WD absorbs the uneven roads and bumps with natural ease. Cons : mileage i feel is something that can get better.
