My car have been given to Khivraj Renault service centre, mount road,chennai for second service with some minor problems on 12/09/2014. they promised me to deliver it on 13/09/2014. When I received my car I found my ipod is missing and even they didn't service my car properly as the problem are still there. It was really a bad experience leaving my car in the service centre as 1.my ipod is missing 2. Given complaint mentioned in job card not done 3.compnay recommened OE products very bad fitting. 4.exterior was not cleaned after the wash. 6.Windshield was very dirty. My service attender couldn't reply to these issues properly and calling the mechanic to fit it at the time of delivery. when I asked my service attender that I should meet the manager but he said he is not avaiable and trying to send me off from the service centre I have written a mail to Vimal chordia, not sure whether I will get a reply or not Anyother alternative to claim my complaint regarding my missing ipod? But I wish to take a serious action instead of ingnoring these things!
I over all like the performance of the renault duster but these GOOD CARS LOOSE REPUTATION BY BAD SERVICE CENTRES.
