Ever since it invaded the superbike world, the Kawasaki Ninja H2 and the track-only H2R have been put through all kinds of scenarios imaginable. Be it pitting it against some of the fastest supercars, crashing it beyond recognition or being in the hands of ten-time drag racing champion (Read: Ricky Gadson), the motorcycle has seen it all. Well, almost.
Having faced all of the above perils, the H2R was recently subjected to the ultimate test of speed, agility and stability. During a demonstration lap at the Isle of Man TT circuit, the H2R set a new world record for maximum speed at the famous road racing venue.
Watch this frankly crazy on-board video with James Hillier aboard the supercharged 300+bhp H2R. The roads are very bumpy and not all that straight, yet the Kawasaki still powers to well over 330kmph. What a machine, and the rider isn't too bad either!
