The Toyota Supra that you see on this page is perhaps as big of an icon in the automotive world as Paul Walker is in Hollywood. Having being thoroughly used in the original Fast and the Furious movie, this particular 1993 Supra was sold recently at an auction for $185,000. That’s well over a crore!
The vehicle was one of the many similarly specced Supras built for the movie, however, what makes this one special is the fact that it featured in the final drag battle between Walker and Vin Diesel, with the latter piloting a 1970 Dodge Charger.
In the movie it managed to keep up with the muscle car although we seriously doubt if it can pull it off for real as the flashy exterior hides a completely stock drive-train. What this means is that this wide body sports car with a massive rear wing pushes out just 230bhp from its stock 3-litre engine. Nevertheless, it has managed to sell for as much as a brand new Ferrari or a Lamborghini!
