This guy covered 50,000 kms on a 50cc scooter

There are two types of people in this world – sane and insane. And then there are others who really don’t fit into any of these categories.  Mike is one of them. The American is on a  crrazy road trip. For some of us, road trips are a regular thing. Riding or driving for 1,000kms is an easy task. In fact, there are few hardcore folks out there who could do 10,000 kms as well. But I don’t think we can do what Mike has done.

He quit his job last year because he wanted to travel. So he left for a journey that made him travel for around 50,000 kms on a motorcycle called the Honda Ruckus. This small scooter has a small 49cc engine and that’s what makes this article so interesting. Touring in a big displacement motorcycle is fun and easy but doing the same thing in such a small scooter requires lots of patience. Mike travels light with just enough spares and things that is necessary for the trip.
