Considering the mess that the Top Gear hosts recently got themselves into in Argentina, it seemed like the latest season of the popular automotive show was going to be delayed. However, BBC has just released a new teaser of the 22nd season, which has got us enthusiasts grinning from ear to ear!
The 75 second teaser shows The Stig packing his bags and travelling around the world in a ‘rental’ Lamborghini Aventador and powersliding on a wet track in a Jaguar F-type Coupe. And though the teaser doesn’t show it, we know that besides Argentina, this season will feature a Hennessey being driven in Canada, a race across St. Petersburg and a customary feature shot in Italy.
The teaser gives us just a tiny sneak peek into what we can expect from the series and we still have to wait for more details about the series. The video ends with a ‘Coming Soon’ message and doesn’t even reveal the exact release dates of its episodes. As usual, the full-fledged preview of the cars being driven in this season is expected to be shown only in the series’ first episode. Till then, you’ll have to be content with this teaser.
