The best public restroom at a fuel station in the world has to be in the Philippines

I always believed that the maximum time we spend when we aren’t driving our car (but still inside the car) is at a petrol pump. All the cars require fuel, even electric ones and hence, we have to make sure that we reach a petrol pump much before the car runs out of juice. But in India, the kind of facilities we get are not quite good. Sometimes it’s worse than a railway station but few are appreciable. We are sure you don’t want to relive that horror again.

But did you ever feel like that you have entered a five-star hotel when you enter a public restroom? I am sure, most of us would say no. But the folks at Shell had something different and “clean” in mind. A Shell Gas station in Philippines wanted to give the best experience to everyone who visited their restrooms (and obviously their fuel pump). Enter the room and you will be shocked to see this so called “restroom”.  The place features an incredible interior, plenty of magazines to go through and some light music to calm your nerves. It could easily take the “World’s best gas station restroom award”.
