If you search different video channels for Russians and cars, you will realise that it is not really a good combination.
Accidents, road rage, crashes, breaking rules are just a small chunk of footage that can be found in the videos posted. Crashing a car into a lake is not something new that we haven't seen before. But here is a video of people pulling out a car that crashed into an ice lake and was submerged. Some Russians pulled the car out with just a simple pulley system, the right technique and surely some good will power; in the most ingenious way.
What would have you done in this case? Called a tow truck for the rescue? And then argued with them for an hour or so when they would have declined your request? Called a crane? Used an electrically-powered/diesel-powered winch? Well, for these blokes some wood, a rope and may be some Russian vodka is what all they needed!
Yeah, you can laugh it off as something stupid, but if it works, it isn’t stupid! I can only imagine the owner starting the engine and driving out of the lake like a boss! Russians always amazes me with their spirit. Do post such interesting videos if you know of any.
