We’ve all seen rally cars crashing by the side of the road and wondered what would happen to one of the spectators if the car crashed into them. One spectator was about to find it out the hard way.
A rally car went weaving all over the course, crashing by the side of the road and then charging at a spectator. The car headed straight at the man but thanks to his lucky stars, it jumped over him.
Well, only if the driver could jump the car like they do in the movies, he could have saved the sickening crash in the process. Nevertheless, if not the car, at least the spectator survived to tell his grand children how lucky he was. And it also pays to obey the rules and guidelines of a rally stage- Never stand in the middle of the course when a race is underway.
