The Goodwood Festival of Speed has always had manufacturers come up with innovative ways to attract the attention of the crowd and the media. While most of them usually bring vintage cars, race-spec machines and other innovative concept cars for display, stunt driver Terry Grant and Nissan decided to get themselves a new world record.
At this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, Terry set the record for the fastest time clocked while driving a car on two wheels for a distance of 1.6 kilometers. His weapon of choice for this feat was the mental Nissan Juke Nismo RS. Terry covered the distance in two minutes and 10 seconds, smashing the previous record he had set, at the same venue back in 2011, by 35 seconds! Terry used a steep ramp to get the Juke Nismo RS on two wheels, before continuing to tackle the course with an average speed of 48kmph. See it to believe it!
