Electronic Arts released the trailer and a gameplay video for the latest instalment of the Need For Speed series, on the eve of the 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo – better known as E3. With EA calling it the ‘definitive Need for Speed experience’, expectations are riding high for this latest iteration of the popular franchise, which unlike its previous volumes, doesn’t carry a fancy edition name.
The gameplay has been penned around five real-world heroes of today’s car culture with overlapping storylines. Players will have to build their reputation and earn respect to become an ultimate icon through different the gameplay elements.
The development team worked closely with Speedhunters, to build the iconic cars, and consulted on authentic after-market brands, performance tuning, and personalized handling to offer a realistic gameplay.
