Pedestrian crossings are important for us, for someone who walks to work, to a shopping mall or maybe to a coffee shop. It’s the only “safe” linkage when you want to cross a road at a traffic signal. But there are lot of motorists who abuse these crossings by waiting over this line till the signal turns green. This is the story of India and also true in most of the countries around the world. Pedestrians have to risk their lives by avoiding these crossings as there is no room for them to cross the road. Instead, they have to make their way to the other side by dodging the traffic, which is a very dangerous affair.

After I watched this video twice, I found out that this guy was obsessed with making roads safer for pedestrians. I salute this guy’s courage for standing in front of the car, clearly knowing that he could be run over by just in case the driver gets irritated and honestly, the driver didn’t have right to throw a fit.
