You know, we should never underestimate animals. Sure, we are a more advanced species emotionally and physically but I think they have not shown us their true colours as yet. Animals are slowly taking over cars, or at least they seem to be quite interested in the contraption. Today, we bring you two stories which involved animals and cars. We have heard about human-animal conflict, here’s what animal-car conflict looks like.
It’s nothing new, for some who have had moose, cows, and other animals charging at them while in a car but what we have here is a little out of the ordinary.
Our first case is of a lioness in a Safari park in South Africa. Yes, you may have heard of the odd story of animals pouncing on car hoods when humans get too close for comfort but our feline out here surely had some other plans in mind ‘ either lunch or maybe a drive in the car’. Tourists Kaylene and Cindy found out the hard way why it is imperative to lock all doors while visiting a safari park in South Africa. They were engrossed in filming a pride of lions lazing in the sun when one inquisitive lioness stood up and strolled over to the vehicle. Before the passengers in the car could react, the lioness is seen opening the door of the car with her teeth. She managed to open it nearly wide enough before the scared humans pulled it shut again.

Our next example is of a Volkswagen Jetta. It was found with numerous scratch marks and bite marks around the bumper area. Now what did the Jetta do? According to the news its only fault was that it belonged to a really nasty man who is supposed to have kicked a stray dog for sleeping in his car’s parking space. The stray dog burning with the desire for revenge gathered a bunch of his buddies and rounded up the man’s car and gave it a solid licking. By this I mean, the dogs totaled the fenders, clawed the paint and even detached the right windshield wiper. This incident reportedly took place in in Chongqing, China. The photos were taken by a neighbour who wanted to show the Jetta's owner what had happened. So what’s the lesson we learn today?
