Positives:

• The Magnite comes fitted with PM2.5 filters in the ventilation system to prevent pollutants like dust and pollen from entering the cabin.

• It has rear AC vents, height-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, and steering-mounted audio controls.

• Owing to the supportive front seats that also have adjustable headrests and seat height, finding a driving position is easy.

• The eight-inch touchscreen has wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

• The second row offers adequate legroom and thigh support and is spacious enough for three to sit with reasonable comfort.

• It has a seven-inch TFT instrument cluster and Nissan Connect telematics with smartwatch connectivity.

• At 336 litres, the boot has space for three small suitcases and some soft bags.

Negatives:

• The Magnite does not have a sunroof.

Positives:

• It is equipped with a 360-degree camera, ISOFIX child seat mounts, impact-sensing unlock, rear defogger, and an anti-roll bar.
• It has tyre pressure monitoring, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control system, vehicle dynamics control, hill start assist, brake assist, and rear parking sensors as standard. 
• The Nissan Magnite received a four-star safety rating from the GNCAP authorities.

Negatives:

• The Magnite does not get six airbags, the middle occupant at the rear gets a lap belt instead of a three-point belt, and there are no ADAS features.

Positives:

• It has a large and stylish front grille with bi-projector LED headlamps and L-shaped LED DRLs with LED fog lamps.

• The Magnite’s exterior design is pleasing to the eyes, with good proportions that are befitting of a proper SUV.

• The Magnite gets a fully black interior theme that’s comprised of hard yet durable plastic all around.

• It is offered with 16-inch diamond-cut alloys, chrome door handles, and ORVMs with turn indicators.

• There is an integrated rear spoiler with an LED stop lamp, roof-rails, chrome beltline, and side cladding.

• The eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system flows extremely well with the dashboard layout.
• The Geza Edition gets a dual-tone black-beige interior and beige upholstery; is available in Onyx Black, Flare Garnet, Storm White, and Sandstone Brown exterior paints.

• This Geza Edition uniquely features climate control, nine-inch touchscreen infotainment, and JBL speakers and is only available in the turbo-petrol CVT configuration.
• The Kuro Edition is available only with manual or CVT gearboxes and in the Onyx Black and Storm White paint shades.
• This Kuro Edition features an all-black interior and exterior, along with features like red callipers, wireless charging capability, and a dark-themed dashboard.

Negatives:

• The Nissan Magnite has been around for some time now and needs a significant styling update.
• The quality of plastic lower down in the cabin looks like it is made to a price point.
