Exterior Exterior made me attracted compared to Duster which had some thing incomplete in style. Looks premium than Duster, especially I like the wheel cover front grill(taken from Nissan Patrol) rear door etc. From all angles the vehicle looks really nice. From side view it is similar to Duster.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I felt front AC vent has improved design, plastic quality little but not that much rest is the same like Duster.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine sound some what reduced compared to Duster. Fuel economy is good from my initial Ride, Gear box there is an improvement in 2 and 3 rd gear compared to Duster.
Ride Quality & Handling Awesome ride quality and handling, but during overtake I need to shift to 4th Gear which I felt some thing difficult but better than Duster.
Final Words If your budget is 11 ~ 14 better go for this car since this is improved version of Duster. If the budget is tight better go for Duster.
Areas of improvement Price has to be less.

Exterior: Its an awesome SUV with Great looks, Nobody till date has come up with such a stunning looks vechicle, Every car wil give way in the road to this vehcile due to its beast front looks
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): This is one of the poor thing about this car, no any good rich features cheap plastics cost cutting things and lot of unprofessional design inside.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: I had read the review f lot of people in this, i would request tem not to compare the bullshit Suzuki gearbox and engine with this exceptionally good tuned and good gearbox and clutch.
I had driven POLO, Swift and Figo, where i could never find a strong gearbox and extra good clutch and engine perofrmance is simply awesome in that 85PS there is no worries to go beyond 110kmph. And gearbox, pls dont except an big gearbox of a an suv as like swifts or wagon r s gearbox, for a typical offroader its gearbox also should be tough. Engine noise is very little.even after 2 years 70k kilometer of ride, my terranos engine stil sounds like a pretty new one.
Ride Quality & Handling: steering is exceptionally good in return back and smooth riving, turning radius is very small, which helps in city driving very easy.
Final Words
If you are a milky baby and somuch worried about interior features and quality dont go for this vehicle. If u wnat something looks good in the road and go for this
Areas of improvement : Interiors, 4X4 variant
I haddriven 70000 kilometer,Not changed the tyre since then. still 10000 kilometer can be driven with that tyre.
Alsoc regarding clutch: i find it extremely difficult to handle city traffic using certain vehicles but terranos clucth handle the traffic smooth, even if u start releasing it engine start moves. One of he ebst feature is its gearbox. its tough and good one!!!

Exterior It is natural for Terrano to be compared to Duster when it comes to styling. I believe, styling is an extremely subjective topic; to me Terrano is very stylishly designed. Front grille with a typical Nissan styling and rear with a unique lamp finish makes for a delightful sight on the road. It definitely is a head turner, I can vouch for it having driven it for over 1500 Kms
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The vehicle is lean on features, I have made up for the lack of sensors and rear view cameras by getting them fitted on my own. The dash could have been jazzed up more, they could have used heavier plastic. Driver and front seat is comfortable, it is the rear seats that have been compromised for space. They can reduce the boot a bit and make some more leg space in the rear seats.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox This is where the Terrano scores. I have heard they have tuned the engine better than Duster. There is no noise/vibration in the cabin it gives you the impression of a petrol sedan!
I have been pleasantly surprised by the mileage, I am consistently getting 16-17kmpl in Delhi City traffic. Highway mileage is around the 20kmpl mark!
Gearbox is decent, could have been smoother.
Ride Quality & Handling Superb ride quality, very stable on the road. Turning radius is very comfortable.
Final Words Great drive, value for money and a superb buy overall. Be ready to spend a bit to jazz up the interiors and you are set for a class drive

Exterior
The exterior looks is really good and i proud to be an owner of Nissan Terrano 85PS XE diesel.
I love the front and rear design of this car which is really feel you proud. This is really a good looking and macho SUV.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
The interior of the car is okay but seat comfort is perfect for a long journey. The space is plenty and you will really enjoy this SUV in terms of space and overall built quality.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
There is no lag in power in City bumper to bumper traffic. The driving exp. is awesome feels you are driving a sedan car with SUV feel. The road view is perfect and helps to do easy overtaking even in traffic which usually do. The car actually start giving performance after the car is driven 1500 KM and you really feel the power of the car. The engine start deliver better performance. It is said in Car manual that the engine will deliver its best as you score 6000 KM and you will get the best perfoirmance of the engine. I have done 4200 KM in 3 months but I feel the engine is performing better day by day. Waiting for another 1800 KM to finish and eager to feel the best performance of the car.
I mostly drive in Cities with descent traffic in my way to office and I am getting constanty > 20.4 KMPL with 80% of time as AC ON. I drive almost 52-54 KM daily which I spend going to office and back to home.
Highway driving is pleasant and sportier with the 85 PS variant if you are using the right ger shift with correct RPM around 1800 to 2000 and you will get the real punch. Overtaking is easy and you feel that you are the king of the road while behind the Steering.
Maintenance is at every 10,000 KM and I am yet to do my first free servicing.
Ride Quality & Handling
The ride quality is superb and handling of the car is awesome. You will feel safe in the car while driving in the highways or ghats. Steering is well handled while doing the cornering.
Overall this is a well planted car.
Final Words
The presales in SHIV, Nissan, Pune is awesome and I get the my car delivered on the same date that they promised. It tooks 14 days to deliver the car from the day of booking.
I will definitely recomend this CAR to you if you are really looking for a SUV. It is a SUV with good looks, excellent ride and handling, good fuel economy from this size of the car.
Excellent buy. go for it... Take a test drive and decide.
Areas of improvement
Interiors can be better to some extent.
I will only say to Nissan, India to make avilable of the fog lamps which I am wiating from last 3 months to install in my terrano.
Exterior Looks, Ride Quality, Handling, Fuel Economy, Fun to driveFog lamp is not easily available in showroom if you buy XE varriant, otherwise no cons as per my exp
